Nice crew and the creatures graced us with their presence. Swimming was a quick jump in and out but I think it was because spent most of the time searching for the whale and dolphins. Fun anyway. I would recommend bringing some Dramamine or something for yourself or for other passengers that get motion sick easily. The seas were fairly calm and the were several that had a hard time.

It might be a bumpy "road", best is to sit down.
The music onboard wasn't so funny to listen to. Better to hear the waves.

We were lucky, we met many dolphins, some was near the boat playing.

Fantastic boat trip from the greeting onto the boat to when we left the boat at the end of our trip , they made sure that everyone on the boat got a good chance to the dolphins from every part of the boat .

It was horrible and Im a very easy person to please. We didnt do any of the things they say they were gonna do. We didnt see any animals, we didnt stop 30 minutes for the swimming part and they did not serve any drinks. Apart from this a woman was vomiting cuz the boat was very unstable and we were on a moving boat for 2 hours and 30 minutes nonstop. Very cold as well.

The trip didn't start off well. The pick up location was used for multiple tours so a number of buses were coming and going. For all the other tours the driver got off the bus to check tickets. Our driver let the first 4 people who lined up get onto the bus and drove off. Two of those people were supposed to be on a different tour and we were left behind feeling stunned. I called the main office and they were kind enough to contact the driver, who turned around to pick us up. The boat cruise itself was well run. We found a pod of dolphins and the captain maneuvered the boat to play with them for about half an hour. The staff were amazing! Multiple people got sea sick and some fell, scraping a knee or shin, when trying to walk as the boat bounced on high waves. They were well prepared, quick to respond, and calm; all while maintaining a much needed sense of humor with the guests and each other. They definitely earned their tips!

Fantastic trip , with like anything you have to accept when you go out your trying to watch nature so it’s not guaranteed that you will see them , however on the trip we say a huge pod with 2 separate types . The capstan had to call it time as there is only so long you can spend with them without disturbing them (which is a legal requirement)
We then went black closer to shore pitched up and he allowed swimming time if you wanted it and we had drinks etc on board
The staff were excellent and friendly and had a smile on there faces
As long as you remember when you book any trips like this you are dealing with the unknown and of course nature you’ll have a great time regardless

Very poor. 2.5 hour trip. Took 1 hour each way on the boat, looked for dolphins/whales for less than 10 minutes and then left to head back with a 20 minute stop for a swim. Saw 2 dolphin tales. Waste of time. Pointless experience and don't advertise that looking for wildlife would be so brief. Essentially a boat trip. Customer service afterwards apologised but were dismissive - they offer this trip daily so they must know the timings are too short.

Amazing trip the staff were lovely and we got to see hundreds of dolphins would say though if you suffer with seasickness dont do it as it can get very choppy but we loved it thank you all

Windy day. Rough ride. Barely saw 1 whale. Would not do again. Friends in Tenerife saw 30 whales in 1 day.

We are very sorry you couldn't enjoy the experience like we like our costumers to enjoy it. We go out every day to spot dolphins and whales, there are different types of whales and dolphins who have different social behaviour (large groups, small groups,....) , but in your case it was a Bryde's whale (who pass most of their live in solitary) so we are were very happy to see this whale at a safe distance and respectable time . I don't have information about the types of whales your friends saw in Tenerife .
We would never put our clients in harms way if the conditions were not save to go out because safety is a priority for our company.

Great experience. The transfer from our hotel was very handy. We saw a turtle and lots of dolphins. Would have loved to see a whale but maybe next time! As mentioned in other reviews it was very choppy. Going out was fine and coming back was rough. Definitely recommend motion sickness tablets although we still felt rough with them. Great experience nonetheless!

The sea conditions vary every day, every moment and we try to avoid rough movements of the boat as much as possible, but the habitat of our favourite animals is the atlantic. 🐬 🐬 🐬

We saw a whale! It was so beautiful, The crew slowd down the boat and we’ve seen the whale several times. Also we saw a few dolphins and flying fish. Ik was lunch more than we hoped for!

Great trip with family. Saw about a dozen dolphins and 2 turtles, no whales. The staff/hosts were very friendly. All info repeated in 3 languages fluently. Bring a jumper - can get very chilly far out in the Atlantic. Also lots of people seasick as it’s very choppy. Not a problem for us luckily. Hosts were rushing around with sick bags and tissues! Place we stopped to swim was ok, not particularly scenic - too cold for us but a handful of people went in. Feels like a long trip looking out to the sea (3 hours) just for 20 mins of seeing dolphins. Having said that it was lovely seeing them in the wild and they have to travel that far to see them. Would recommend. Teens enjoyed trip too!

Thank you for your tips. We always rrecommend to bring some kind of jacket because something there is a fresh breeze . We have the World Cetacean Aliance certificate and that was conceived doing what and how we do our viewings, not influence in the behavior of the cetaceans and that is for example done by only staying the time indicated by experts. We also have to keep in mind that the dolphins don't live at the coast so we have to travel to see them .

Thank you for your nice comment. We always go for a swim on the 3 hours trips but our main activity is go and search for cetaceans and the swimming stop depends on the time we have left and how many people are ready to swim. But we always make at time for it during the 3 hours trip.

Friendly staff, but if your not good in a perfect storm on a very sunny day, don’t do it, every person on the boat had to use a sick bag !
It may be free drinks, but you can’t stand up to get one.

Sorry you didn't like the excursion, we try to explain that we do go out on the Atlantic ocean to see the cetaceans in their natural habitat. We don't have an influence on the weather conditions but we do about the safety of our clients, if the conditions are not safe we wouldn't go out. Once in a while we have to go out further out to see the dolphins so we take a little time from the swim stop to give our costumers the opportunity to see dolphins.

This was a great trip! We saw a huge number of dolphins. Unfortunately we didn't get to see anything else but it was a brilliant afternoon out and the crew were really informative and helpful too. It might have been nice to hear a bit more about the birds we came across too as I had to google them, but appreciate most people were there for the sea life!

The crew need to know, understand and be aware that, when there's people swiming, no boat is alowed to come close! A lady, myself and my son, almost got seriously hit by a yatch that came to drop someone to the cruise ship.

Fun tour and we got to see dolphins. The boat was rocking a bit but not too badly that it caused discomfort. There were unlimited free soft drinks and water on board too.

It was a nice trip! We unfortunately didn't see any wildlife (probably because we went on the tour in February), but the crew was great and offered us the chance to come back, even though we weren't able to do. It was fairly choppy, so be sure to take medicine beforehand if you're prone to seasickness. Even though we didn't see anything, I would still recommend the trip. It was a nice, relaxing day trip.

Amazing experience with Slovenian diving trainer!
It was our first diving lesson but he was able to make us feel confortabile and safe!
The actual experience lasted around 20/30 mins which was good but we wished it could have lasted longer!
The whole service including pick up and drop off was impeccable.

Excellent trip and a thoroughly enjoyable morning. The crew were really good and the woman who did the commentary was really caring as she kept asking if we were ok and she helped several people who appeared a little seasick! We saw loads of dolphins and the tail of a whale! However, our pictures are not great!! The memories are excellent! Would definitely recommend.
