The total duration of the tour includes transfers. If you wish to avoid the pick-up, you can make your own way to the last point (Parque Tropical Bus Stop at 09:00h), but if the bus is full, you may not be seated next to your partner. NOTE: there is no pick-up in Las Palmas City or Harbour. You should go to Parque Tropical (south island) by your own means to be picked up.

The tour is pretty basic but I'm not sure that there's much to add as it is a small island. Our guide was enthusiastic but as the trip was in all three languages (English, German, Spanish) there seemed to be the least information provided in English. Other reviews mentioned this so we were prepared. It is just a bus ride around the island with a few small stops. It is much easier than driving ourselves so we liked it. The stops are brief at 30-40 minutes. The restaurant lunch was a wonderful tapas sampler and the staff were so friendly. The final stop at the Aloe farm is again as expected. Many reviews comment that it's just a marketing stop. It is but fortunately you aren't there more than an hour and it is in a nice valley so we didn't mind. I would rate it as an average tour but it met our expectations so an easy 4/5. The driver is VERY good as those roads are terrifying along the edge.
*A tip at the lookout point is that we discovered a lookout centre with the volcanic history of the island and nice clean bathrooms. My partner and I were the only ones to discover this as the guide did not mention it.
Overall, we wanted to see something beyond Maspalomas and this ticked the box. Also, our pickup was a few minutes late. This was no issue at all since the company uses WhatsApp and quickly responds to queries. Very much appreciated that.

You see a cross section of Gran Canaria.
Possibility of fog and clouds blocking the view from Roque Nublo but anther stop will take its place.

Gran Canaria is amazing one side is a Moonscape without vegetation, the other side A virtual jungle with hidden gems of towns peeking out in the oddest places.
Great trip Bring Money lots of amazing things to buy.
Hold on to your seats a thrilling ride through the mountains . We had a wonderful driver and great tour guide

Big group over roughly 45 on coach, mostly German but some bits and Spanish too. First town of Acusas was very nice but not long enough there, many many stops and alot at tourist gift shop or Aloe Vera shop or restaurant or bar so make sure to bring those Euros. Nice cool coach but was left several times with very little English spoken, generally good but with spending more than I heard them charging other passengers by about £10 I wasn't too happy.

First of all we have to clarify that all our customers pay the same amount for all our services, the only difference is on method of payments: some buy their tickets online (full paid), some made the bookings on receptions/seller (different comissions), but the total price is the same for everybody.

Highly recommended! Comfortable coach and we had 33 people on tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the island and was able to swiftly change between Spanish, English and German throughout the day. There was ample time at each attraction to walk around, take photos and enjoy the views. It was a full on day so we were knackered by the end of it so be prepared! Overall a very enjoyable experience to our start of the holiday.

Very good tour to the North of the island, very different to the south. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information on the island both now and in the past.

Multinational group explored the sights of the inland island. We wished we had more time to discover more of the towns visited and to have more of their history.....and more history of the island itself.

Very pleasant trip, great route and stops, charming tour guide. Made a stop at a restaurant with a great view of the mountains, food and wine was very delicious and affordable. Unfortunately i forgot my glasses at the restaurant, but the tour guide and the company helped to get them back and arranged a very convenient pick up point for me so I could pick them up just in time before my flight back home. Thanks a lot again.

Brilliant tour from start to finish. Well organized with abundant stops for viewing and Camara shots. Loads of information about the island it's people history and vegetation. The stop for added lunch was well worth the money. The driver and guide were first class. Would definitely recommend this trip

I booked this tour during our stay in Gran Canaria in January 2018, for my partners 40th birthday. We decided to book the tour on the day of his birthday, so It would create a memorial day. When booking the tour did state that there was a collection in Las palmas, which was where we were stay. Once confirm the collection point was also deemed and paperwork was received with no problem. The actual day of the tour and the itinerary was good except for a late pick up. As we were heading back to the resorts we were told approximately 2mins before leaving the bus that we were due to exit the bus, my partner raised a concern with this, as he believed that we were at the south of the island and not where we were collected. It turns out that we were dropped in Maspalomas and not Las Palmas. We were told to walk over the bridge and catch a bus. We had no idea where we were and was given very little direction. When calling the office, they turn around and basically said it was our issue and all tours finished in the south and was highlighted in the paperwork that was sent. After reviewing the paperwork again, I can confirm that there is not information included to say that the tour finished in the South, as I would never have booked if we were being dropped half way round the island and have to pay more to get back. As you can imagine this put a dampener on the day, especially as it was my partners birthday and also made us late for our dinner plans
I have used this company, whenever I have travelled and also had a great experience, but I have never heard of a tour collecting and not dropping back to the same place. I will think twice about using you again, especially if the tour description and paperwork does not show the full information

Good tour. Started early. Tour guide seems a little scattered/confused at the beginning, but I think it may have been due to some confusion as to pick-ups, and possibly a language barrier. However, once the tour officially started, after all the pickups, it was great! The road is very curvy in places, but the driver did a great job, and took his time around the bends. If you feel the curves may bother you, I would recommend taking some medicine. Some great scenery, as well as history provided during the stops. Lunch stop was really nice, with an amazing view. The food was very good also. Would recommend if you'd like to see other areas of Gran Canaria.

La excursion esta muy bien y el guia es excelente. Solo me queda la duda de que en el titulo de la excursion incluyen a las Canteras y en realidad solo la nombran de pasada pero no se visito en ningun momento.
