1. Our balloon started late after everyone else and after the sunrise! I booked specially for seeing sunrise from the balloon but unfortunately we couldn’t 2. They didn’t give breakfast 3. They served a drink in dirty glasses which I couldn’t drink because of the smell of the glass. 4. In they way back they dropped us away from our hotel entrance

We do not have control over the departure time of hot air balloons. First of all, there are strict controls for safe flights. Hot air balloons take off in order at the time the government official gives permission to fly. Many of our guests return unhappy because of the flights that are cancelled on days when the weather conditions are not suitable. Sometimes you are thankful that you flew in a hot air balloon even if it is your first or last.

numero de itinerario: 1097925138. El tour operador (turista travel agency) en cappadocia fue muy amable en informarme que se había cancelado el vuelo del globo por cuestiones de mal tiempo y, que se cancelaba el tour y que viator haría el rembolso lo mas pronto posible.
