There are a lot of companies and a lot of balloons taking flight in Cappadocia. This was well worth the money. The experience was amazing, the team were very helpful and friendly, it all felt very safe and well organised and efficiently run.

This was our second time in a hot air balloon and it surpassed our first adventure in Morocco by far. The scenery from above is breathtaking- and the balloons dip down into the amazing canyons of the valley, which is an incredible experience to do as well as watch other balloons doing. Speaking of other balloons- there are such a huge number of them that the sheer spectacle of it is mind blowing in the best ways. We felt completely safe at all times, first class operators who run a well oiled machine and everything was just perfect. If you haven’t already been told: book your ride for the first morning you will be in Cappadocia! Weather doesn’t always cooperate and we got cancelled 3 times! Thank God we had a late flight and we’re finally able to go up before we went to the airport our last day. What a send off!!!

I was a little nervous because we were later than the other balloons taking off and actually thought I might have made a mistake and booked a very expensive balloon watching tour instead of a ride. I should not have worried. We were just one of the later balloons. Our pilot, Adem, was amazing. He took us low into canyons and soaring high. He even landed us directly onto the trailer-which I don't think is a common occurrence-he is just that confident of a pilot. This would not happen with most pilots so I would not expect to do this if I booked again, circumstances were just right. I do not like heights, but this was such a peaceful experience. Wonderful experience overall.

Our balloons were canceled due to weather, which was understandable. However instead of being offered the chance to rebook we were refunded and told to rebook ourselves. However, the price per person was $156 USD more per person to rebook. My friend and I both really wanted to do the balloons and we are glad we did, however after doing it as we both didn’t think it was worth the higher price. Pickup was great and after the balloon rides we were treated to a glass of wine. The balloon ride was beautiful at sunrise. The inside of the balloon is sectioned off into squares of 4 people (every square has an outer edge). I would recommend trying to get a corner square because the square we were in was in the middle and it was hard to get pictures of yourself in the balloon. Lost a star for the rebooking process.

It was an adventure to remember for a lifetime starting from the picking up to get us there watching the balloon inflated and the pilot keeping us all hyped full of energy, even though it was really in the morning to top it all off at the end we get to celebrate With champagne and have our certificate. It was amazing. Definitely will re recommend It was an unforgettable adventure that began with the pickup, the balloon’s inflation, and the pilot’s energetic and hyped-up demeanor. Even though it was early in the morning, the experience was topped off with a champagne celebration and the presentation of our certificates. It was truly amazing, and I highly recommend it.

Everyone involved, from the driver to the operators where very professionals. The pilots of the hot air ballon, new how to make this experience fun and enjoyable. Their expertise was the best that I had experience. This was our 3rd hot air ballon ride in different parts of the world

Accurate to the description! Picked up from out airport right on time, taken to the take off zone, greeted with a table of breakfast items like coffee, tea, fruits and some Turkish pastries i sadly don't know the names off- we ate whilst the balloonsmwere getting ready and then up to the skies!!! Oh what an amazing view of cappadocia from up there. Got a nice view of Uchisar castle as well. It was a wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Not reliable tour operator (Cappadocia EZ Air Ballons). Picked us up on time for sunrise ballon ride, however, the driver did not seem to know where to take us. Once we finally got to the site, it took them forever to fire up the balloon and the sun was already up when the ballon finally took off. Absolutely unprofessional. The pilot landed the ballon on the edge of cliff field far away from the designated site. Waited good half hour for the transport car to arrive at this remote site. Seemed very disorganized. Viator should not work this operator and also consider refunding the money.

As for the landing, please know balloon pilots always land according to wind conditions for safety, so the location can vary. We truly regret if this affected your experience.

A must do when in Capadoccia. Pick up was at the exact time announced. Ina. Good van that takes you to the point where balloon is prepared . Good ballooon, clear explanation and a 50 minute flight over the nicest places of this region. Worth it totally!

Although, our trip was cancelled by regulatory authorities due to severe wind conditions, these travel agents did their best. They picked up us from hotel on time, offered us light breakfast at the site where we were supposed to depart and when the news came that all trips were cancelled, they dropped us back at the hotel on a timely fashion. They refunded the full payment same day. They are authentic and professional. I would recommend them for future air Baloon trips at Cappadocia

Absolutely magical! Driver picked us up earlier than expected,we were ready so it didn't matter. Provided with a snack pack. Assistance was provided in and out of the basket. We got to see the sunrise up in the sky which was breathtaking. The landing was smooth and the celebratory drink was lovely. The crew assisted with taking pictures at no cost,however videos of the experience could be purchased as well. A terrific experience with this service provider.

We really enjoyed our hot air balloon experience. The team that lead the whole experience were amazing, very friendly and outgoing. We went just above the fairy chimneys, it was beautiful and all the balloons in the air is truly breathtaking!
We had coffee/tea and some bread before take off and then a lovely (non alcoholic) drink after landing. Absolutely recommend.

Early morning start as collected at 5am. It can be cold so take a jacket and wear long trousers. Also take cash if you want to purchase a video of the experience as they don't use card facilities.

Not much to say here. I once did a balloon ride in arguably the balloon capital of the world where I lived at the time-Albuquerque New Mexico which is home to a massive annual Balloon Fiesta for about 10 days every early Oct. I'm an adrenaline junkie so I was quite bored the whole time even though the local landscape there has many of the same desert-like features of Cappadocia so the views were still pleasant.
But this was next level due to the locale-world class views naturally w/dozens upon dozens of balloons all floating around at dawn. I was concerned that the basket held about 25 peeps but while tight it was still fine. Overall, the two person crew running the flight made everything smooth but then again the weather & wind were perfect that day.
Finally only one strange oddity. The driver dropped off a group of about 10 peeps to a hotel outside of Goreme first on our way back to town. But instead of taking the remaining payees straight your hotel drop offs mostly right in Goreme, the driver randomly drove away from Goreme, picked up some local dude, drove another 15 mins., dropped him off even farther away THEN finally took us back. I'm not going to ding them on this as their whole operation to get us flying was tightly run & the whole process from pick at around 4:30 am to back was a bit under 3 hrs. but this unexpected & unexplained detour was 100% unacceptable.

The flight and views itself were great but more crowded than expected which took away from the experience a bit. The description was misleading. It said that there was a maximum of 20 travelers for the activity and it was more than that.
