It was well organised. We were pick-up punctually and brought to the balloon departure point. There was a delay due to the weather conditions but all worked out eventually. The flight was really good and the 'Captain' of the balloon was jovial yet very responsible - briefing the passengers on the various safety procedures before take-off. Lovely ride and the scenery at sunrise was incredible! A nice ceremony after the end of the ride completed a great experience for us. Thank you.

Pick up was at my hotel and on time- spent about 40 mins up in the balloon - sunrise was also amazing-champagne party after- all staff amazing and friendly- we were four balloons all together

We are completely unsatisfied with this tour. The tour operator started tour at 6:15 AM after sunrise, while we paid for 4:30 AM tour. I checked with local companies for price of 6:00 AM tour and all have confirmed price of €150 for the same tour that we paid €250. Also the captain took additional €30 from us while we only asked for 2 video @ €30 each. He is not even responding to the messages.

They picked us up at 4:10 am only to bring us in a van TWO HOURS and return us to the point of origin at 6:10. Nobody explained anything to us!! they just dropped us off at the hotel without explanation!!!

the best part of the adventure was when the balloon got to a height of about 600 m. After that it start to get down. Unfortunately we stayed there for few minutes and there were no other balloons close to our balloon.

I've had a disappointing experience, as I had not been informed that the tour would take off from the Çat valley, very far from the centre of Göreme, from other ballons and from the beautiful landscape we are used to see on the Internet.
I also had to insist to get a refund.
So my advise is to make sure that the tour is in the main valleys.

This balloon ride is not right course. We couldn’t go inside village like other over 800 balloon route.
Pilot said his balloon not allow with other balloon together.
We’re out of route only three balloons different place and just watching other group of balloon inside village.
So weird with that much money.
This is not worthy at all.

Thank you for your comment. Please let me explain, about 160 balloons fly in the Cappadocia region and they take off from different places to avoid any accident proneness. After taking off, the balloon moves according to the direction of the wind, sometimes flying from other places, not from the center of Cappadocia.

We were taken middle of nowhere, far away from Goreme, waited locked in the van for hour and a half with no communication from the organiser/driver, while seeing so many balloons in the air near Goreme. Eventually we flew, but never over fairy chiminies or similar landscape, with only 2/3 balloons of the same company around us. No other balloons nearby. If you don’t mind being middle of nowhere and flying over some random fields with no other balloons nearby then it’s for you.

The balloon location is a vary far distance from Goreme. We flew over farm lands only whilst there were other balloons which actually were flying over the Goreme town and we could only see them like little dots. It's nothing like the advertised picture. When we arrived at the site we were kept in the minibus for more than 30mins without any information from the driver as to what's going on. There was zero communication.

The balloon ride was very exciting and the views were fantastic. We were looked after well. Landed very smoothly and had a chance to buy a professional photograph of me and my wife in the basket before take off, for 80 lira.
Was picked up from hotel and dropped back off so all of the logistics were fully taken care of by the organisers.
Would recommend, just bear in mind it may be cancelled if the wind is strong. We had to reschedule as the first time was cancelled due to wind. Worth keeping in mind if you are only staying for a few days as you may need leeway for this.

I don't recommend this Tour. It was Deklarated that we will see 5 sightseeing points - we saw only 2. Then it was said from the Tour Organisation Company that it will be Maximum 18 person in a Basket - we were 28 people what is a lot. We Could not Move.... (the operating company is allowed to change the amount of people due to weather conditions what is lie- we had a perfect weather) after that it was written that we will have champagne after the Tour- no champagne, just grape Juice!!!
Dont Pay too much for this fake "better Service and comfort" unless you book a Private Basket it is not Worth it. If we had known how it would go in real we would buy a normal cheap Tour. No refund was possible although viator offered a discount for a next trip - for us it will no more trips !!

The direction of the balloon is not determined by the pilot or the company. Hot air balloon goes wherever the winds takes that’s why we can not take you specific places or the place you want to go. You see all Cappadocia scenery from the basket.
The capacity of the balloon baskets are determined by the civil aviation institution, not the balloon company nor pilot.The capacity of balloons are determined according to the size of the balloon. Therefore, you can not put 28 people in to the basket which has capacity of 18 people.After having ballon ride all the ballon companies serving their guest non-alcoholic champagne as you can guess right in the morning people don’t prefer to drink alcohol beside that this is just a celebration after having safe flight to have good memories from Turkey not a hard party.

Die Ballonfahrt an sich war ein schönes Erlebnis und das Ballonteam sehr engagiert! Die Flugroute entsprach leider in keinster Weise der Beschreibung. Wir flogen westlich von Nevsehir über das Cat-Tal - mit Blick auf die zahlreichen Ballons über der Region Göreme, wo das eigentliche, faszinierende Kappadokien-Ballon-Erlebnis stattfindet. Da die Flugroute daher offensichtlich nicht an den Wetterbedingungen lag, ist leider von einer bewussten Täuschung der Kunden auszugehen.
