Terrible. Don’t hire...

Terrible. Don’t hire Skyways Balloon. They simply didn’t show up to pick us up. We stayed waiting for them from 5:30 am to 7:30am in a very cold morning. We tried contacting them the day before many times, and also while we were waiting watching other companies come by to pick their travelers. Finally, the manager of the hotel got hold of them and they told him tvT their system was down.No one will ever know what really happened. No refund money, if that will ever really happen, will fix this huge disappointment. It’s my third big disappointment with Viator. Avoid at all cost doing business with them. You can get better prices and services contacting local tourism agency directly. There is only one way for this to be fixed. But of course, Viator and Skyways will not go that rout, right? Irreparable. Once more, the client got the worst of the deal. They will continue to run their business as usual, if nothing had happened. Don’t be filled by their nice talk. It’s only talk. They are trained to talk nice. I’ll give them that.

Hello, We tried to reach you many times the day before the flight, we tried to send messages through many applications and tried to reach you by calling your number but we never got a response from you. At 06:20, we sent a special vehicle just for you so that it could wait until you arrived and pick you up. The vehicle waited for you there for 30 minutes and you did not arrive. The employees at the reception tried to reach you but even they could not reach you. Despite this, we canceled your reservation with a refund. The only reason we did these is that we care about our job and value our guests. It is unacceptable for you to write this here because we did everything we could. Although you do not normally have a right to a refund, we refunded you just to not victimize you. This comment of yours is unacceptable against what we did. Best Regards,

It was an a magical experience doing the hot air balloon ride and having an awesome view of the balloons going up and then the beautiful landscape. Pick up was on time.

Magical Balloon Ride

The staff were very professional . Communication from Skyways on pick up from hotel was precise and they arrived on time. The balloon ride was awesome and the pilot did an excellent job. Hats off to Skyway balloons.
