Mohamed El Azmerly was an excellent tour guide and planned the whole day for us. This itinerary is well worth it and you get to see and start with the first pyramids in the area. We were travelers from Japan. Since no one in our group except me could speak English, arranging interpretation would have been difficult, so we booked only a car and driver. As there was no guide, I studied the necessary information in advance and joined the tour. We had a bit of trouble meeting the driver at the hotel at first, but he was very kind and trustworthy. Thanks to him, our entire family was extremely satisfied and we were able to enjoy a truly wonderful experience.

Great tour with Samir and his driver. Samir contacted me the day before via WhatsApp to confirm the pick up time and location. I didn't want a long tour so I asked them to be back in town at about 1 pm, so you could plan something else in the afternoon/evening. Anyway they can stay with you for longer and Samir can give you all the info you want.

Very good service, they respect the pick up point and the time ,contacting you on the day before, and after that they do everything for you, entering in some places that need some aprovation from militarys (Egypt), giving you very good explanations of what you will visit, the only thing that I didnt like was the arrangement they have with the locals, they let you with some guys for they offering this and that in turn of money. Nous avons réservé une visite en français et nous avons été prévenus à 2h du matin le jour même que la visite serait finalement en anglais ! Quelle déception, parlant très peu anglais … Impossible d’annuler l’excursion. Guide anglophone peu motivé du coup , ennuyé, sans échange … L’agence nous a fournis un lien de 4 audios expéditifs de 1-2 min chacun : moins d’infos que dans notre guide papier ! Très très décevant , on ne change pas les termes du contrat le jour même, si nous avions su on aurait payé 1/2 moins en ne prenant qu’un chauffeur … À éviter si vous voulez être sûr d’avoir la bonne langue … Peu sérieux.
