We have had a few guides in Egypt and they were good. Mr H was better than good. We hired him and a driver for the Giza plateau tour and he had such a wealth of information. There was no question he didn't know the answer to and not just about the tour he gave us some really interesting insight into past and current events in Egypt which we really found fascinating. I honestly can't recommend him enough.

Can’t say enough about the fantastic experience with Mohamed! I was very impressed with his background, credentials and his deep subject matter expertise. He answered so many questions, and had several pro tips on how to make the best of the day, getting to the key parts of the site before the crowds. I appreciated talking to him about everything to do with Egypt, past and present. His passion really shines through. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to be with. It would not have been the same without him. I’m grateful for the memories that will last a lifetime, and Mohamed was an integral part of it!

We had a great tour of the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx. Our guide, Mona, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and she clearly explained the do’s and don’ts at the site, which was very helpful. We really enjoyed exploring the pyramid complex and even had the chance to go inside the Great Pyramid.
Going inside was an interesting experience, though it felt a bit tight in the passageways. It might be helpful if visitors are given a short briefing beforehand so they know what to expect before going up.
Overall, the service was very good. Victor arranged the pickup smoothly and was a great guide as well. The food provided was also very good. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our Tour guide, Sameh was ok but I think he was more interested to take us for shopping to benefit his friends. He didn't give us any special advice that could help us with getting the best out of the trip. A lot of guides would know the best spot to take pictures. He was on time and friendly. The company is good but the guide not so much. I would not recommend him.

It was amazing:) everything was superb, the view, the pyramids, the camel ride. Our guide Mimo was great, allowed our own pace while visiting sides, took cool picks for us too. While we were queuing for some atractions he was explaining history for us and sharing interesting facts about the place which made the waiting time somehow shorter. Fantastic tour and a great value! Habeba was an AMAZING guide. Very funny, personable and accommodating to whatever we wanted/needed. Definitely a girl boss! Going inside the great pyramid and the camel ride were highlights, and she even took us to a papyrus factory after to see how it’s made! 10/10 would recommend this tour as a great way to experience the pyramids!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable about Giza and the pyramids. Bit was slightly let down by the lunch which was in the car while travelling to the papyrus museum which is more of a shop than a museum, which isn't really worth going to as they are everywhere.

We had an unforgettable experience visiting the Giza Pyramids, the Sphinx, enjoying a camel ride, and going inside one of the pyramids all thanks to our amazing guide, Dr Fatima. The camel ride was a fun and memorable part of the tour. Dr Fatima made sure everything was well organized and comfortable. She was patient and attentive throughout the day, always making sure we felt safe, comfortable, and able to enjoy every moment. We liked her so much that we asked her to be our guide for the following two days as well as we went to visit some museums and Mosques in Cairo.

Absolutely amazing!
Mohammed Mohey our guide was brilliant. He was very informative, had great knowledge, had a good sense of humour and a generally nice chap.
The trip was seamless.
We opted for the all inclusive tour. It was really enjoyable, even the camel ride!
We added a sneaky trip to Saqqara to our trip after lunch. Again this was no trouble for Mohammed and the driver.
Would thoroughly recommend, particularly with Mohammed.

I had a very atypical tour, they handled it perfectly and everything went exactly to plan. I was going on a different tour another time so this tour was solely to do the parts my other tour missed.
Yemani, my tour guide, was amazing I came directly off a flight and needed to be at a restaurant booking at an exact time.
My airport pickup worked seamlessly, I saw everything that I requested and got to the restaurant booking to watch the sunset over the pyramids at exactly the time I needed. Couldn't have been happier. 🙂 Very much worth having the tour.

This was the most amazing guided day trip to the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Omar the Driver and Bebo the Guide were the perfect companions for this once in a lifetime visit. Omar was early for pickup at my hotel (Hyatt Centric Cairo West) and was a safe, courteous, and fun driver, teaching me a bit of Arabic, but also conversed in English. Bebo went with me everywhere and assisted in making this visit unique, fun, and educational. He’s very smart, professional, and sincerely a great person to talk to. I can’t recommend this duo enough. Two of my favorite Egyptians.
The tour included drop off at the new 2025 West Entrance Station and Pyramids Visitor Center. We took the bus to the Panoramic view, I rode in a horse & buggy, climbed up into the Great Pyramid to see Khufu’s tomb (very hot and sweaty even in the middle of winter), and climbed down into one of the Queen’s pyramids. There were photos and tips that were expected by the buggy driver and the “guard” in the Queen’s Pyramid, but the $20 total I tipped was worth it for a great time.
My only regret is not getting up close to the 3rd great Pyramid for Menkaure. But this was a 6.5 trip and I feel I got enough done. Bebo and Omar bought me lunch in a local Egyptian restaurant at the end of the trip. And thankfully since I had been to the papyrus and oil/perfume shop visits on another trip, Bebo didn’t force me to go again. This shops are often part of these tours, but I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. They papyrus was interesting to learn a bit about even.
Highly recommended tour based on my experience.

Mona was our guide.
She arrived on time with the driver.
Water was provided from the get go.
She took nice photos of us at the start of the tour.
But as time was going, we felt that her mood and energy was dying down.
Not only that, we wanted to go to other sides of the pyramid but she was discouraging of that as it was quite obvious that she was counting down the time.
She then brought us to this perfume/oil shop and though not her fault but we were foolish to purchase oils from there and the scent doesn’t last more than 2 minutes on us.
We were then brought to a papyrus shop. Great experience there.
I wouldn’t recommend this simply because the experience wasn’t as rich as it could be.
We had another tour in upper Egypt and those Egyptologists didn’t count the time and were happy to go above and beyond to take us to areas we requested for.
Bring snacks with you just in case you get hungry.

Our guide and driver made sure we saw the pyramids and Sphinx up close. We enjoyed the historical info and the camel ride was fun. We felt comfortable and taken care of. We were picked up on time at our hotel, and our driver did great getting us to the site safely. Our guide Mohamed Mohey answered all our questions and waited patiently for us to take endless pictures.

Exactly what we wanted in our first visit. to the Pyramids and Sphinx
Admissions and lunch and water provided. Climbed/crawled up to Khufu's King's Chamber.
Miriam was an outstanding guide and Hassam an excellent driver on the crazy Cairo Egypt streets.
HINT: Skip the 12 hour out and back one day Cairo visit from Alexandria, instead. take the train one day, spend the night, and return via train the following afternoon on the Talgo.

Holy moly this was an experience to remember! Our tour guide Michael was so inviting and made this tour feel like a family trip. He took amazing photos at a great spot to capture the pyramids.
