DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!!!! Absolutely horrible experience… A HUSTLE!! A SCAM!! Never sent my pictures… I will be disputing my credit card charges and contacting International Department of Tourism about this hack of a scam. Will be leaving negative reviews on all social media platforms. Photographer had horrible attitude once I refused to pay more money False advertising misleading information for international tourist to be pressured into giving peddlers money or fear not getting their pictures in return.. and that’s exactly what happen to me. DID NOT RECEIVE MY PICTURES . I DONT WANT THEM!! KEEP THEM!! YOU WILL NOT STEAL MONEY FROM ME!! I PROMISE!! What a negative impression you have created of your country. I will never return to Egypt🤬 All you people want is American $$$$☹️ DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! Photographer David was horrible!!! First the tour description does not say entry fee and camel ride not included !!! Description and wording in your description leads you believe everything is included. When photographer called the company when I refused to pay entry fee David had an attitude and from the beginning I didn’t feel comfortable he was going to deliver a quality product. David was instructed to pay by my Viator representative to cover my entry fee!! He started to drop me at the entrance but when told to pay my way into pyramids, he parked far back on the lot and I had to walk in the blading heat in dress clothes and studded sandals. He then started to walk extremely fast leaving me behind knowing I couldn’t walk fast because of my footwear. Upon entering he then hit me with another MORE MONEY HUSTLE with the camel ride to wear the actual photo were to take place.. he told me I can either pay extra for the camel or horse and carriage ride or WALK !!! A mile in the desert heat and sand to the photo spot… . keep in mind I was wearing a long dress and studded shoes . he could have dropped me off at the entrance but you could tell he was angry from the start!!! . I refused to walk to the photo site and demanded David take me back to my hotel and cancel the photo tour… he then made another call and the representative told both of us I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING EXTRA!!! he took photos approx 20 min..tour description states 2 hours!! NO PHOTOS TAKEN AT SPHINX didn’t even offer or suggest like I said he was angry! When photos was done David says to me the guy who gave the camel was going to ask for a tip. He then tried to give the guy 500 pounds and told me I could pay him back when I return to my hotel.. but on the way to my hotel he tried to get me to login onto a website and pay him immediately! Keep in mind I’m an American woman traveling alone . I felt extremely nervous for my safe return to my hotel if I didn’t do as he asked!!! This was a horrible experience no one should be treated this way very disappointed in Viator. You operate tours all over the world and the company should be held to a higher standard. I will be filing a report with better business bureau and dept of international tourism. This is not the last you’ll hear from me!! AND I STILL DIDNT GET MY PICTURES!!! Worst birthday ever🤬

The shoot was just for 20mins. No guidence wat so ever. He just asked me to walk and sit and clicked 100s of photo in 20 mins in a single location standing and sitting. 25$ extra for clicking with camel. such a waste of money. The local photographer will do the same for 10$. And this costed me 100$

Marco and Joseph were great guide and photographers. Pick up and drop off was easy, Marco took amazing pictures and Joseph helped us navigate as well as negotiate to buy local items. Highly recommend the tour and to as for Marco and Joseph.

We had a great time with our photographer, Marco. He handled everything from picking us up at our hotel to renting a camel and getting us to the perfect location for photos. The finished photos were absolutely gorgeous and will be something we treasure for years!

Amazing experience. Bish is kind, courteous and prompt, and very patient in dealing with sometimes uncooperative kids. He took tons of photos and gave us plenty of Christmas card-worthy photos. He knows all the right angles of the pyramids and knows how to have each person pose perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone planning to see the pyramids to book this photoshoot. You won't regret it!
