Misled and very disappointed

We were very disappointed with this tour. The driver was punctual and the journey was comfortable, but the guiding service at the Giza pyramids was nothing like what was advertised. The person accompanying us simply showed us where to walk and took photos. He was unable to answer even basic questions about Egypt, the pyramids or the pharaohs, and provided no meaningful explanations at all. This was sold as a guided tour with an expert, yet what we received was basically an escort with no knowledge. For the price paid, the experience felt poor value and not at all what we expected, and we left with the strong feeling that we had been misled, almost as if we had been scammed.
