We had a blast!! Fun ride, wild experience, incredible views and pictures with the camels and pyramids. This will go down in our memory books.

Dead horses and garbage, but friendly people

This was an interesting tour and was nothing that we expected. PROS: They had great communication through WhatsApp and were very friendly, which is why it's hard to share the truth here. The camels seemed well taken care of and comfortable, thank goodness. We had to tip the driver, translator, and two camel owners, so just be prepared for that. CONS: We rode 2 camels very far away from the pyramids, surrounded by garbage, passing by two dead horses on the way there and back (freshly dead as they hadn't decomposed much). There were also lots of kids riding their horses around us, with lots of whipping. Not a great photo opportunity since it was so far away and behind a metal gate. There also wasn't any information shared since the people didn't speak English. Not worth it in my opinion, and some what traumatizing because of the dead horses.

Our services was to provide transportation to and from location and to provide camels for riding. All the cons that you have mentioned are beyond our hands. The road you have taken is the only way for anyone to ride horses, camels and ATV. We know that uncleaned roads and dead animals might have irritated you but we are unable to do anything about it.

J'ai été extrêmement déçu par cette expérience. Tout d'abord, cette activité ne se déroule même pas à l'intérieur du site des pyramides, mais plutôt dans le désert environnant. On ne voit pas bien les pyramides, ce qui était l'un des principaux attraits pour moi. Le tour en chameau a duré à peine 45 minutes, et ce, pour grimper sur une dune qui était tout près d'une du point de départ. C'était loin de ce que j'imaginais, et le cadre n'avait rien de magique ou impressionnant, bien au contraire. Je m'attendais à une expérience authentique et mémorable, mais j'ai été grandement déçu. Pour le prix demandé, cette activité ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. Je regrette amèrement d'avoir dépensé autant d'argent pour si peu. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'une expérience enrichissante autour des pyramides, passez votre chemin et explorez d'autres options.

I am sorry that you did not read well the tour details you have booked and its inclusions and exclusions, as it is clearly mentioned that the tour will be operated at the desert behind the Pyramids plateau, nothing in the tour description is talking about visiting the Giza Pyramids as sightseeing As well as, there was an easy option, which is talking with your guide on the spot, that you want to visit the Pyramids plateau itself and pay the extra charges for that, We do apologize again that you misunderstood the components of the tour you have booked.
