The allowable time the driver waits isn't always enough to get through Customs at the Faro Airport. This was our experience and we had to find an alternate ride from the airport.

Dear Rose, We are very sorry that you've experienced delays at the airport. Please note that for the private transfer there is 1h frer waiting time after landing, it's enough time to come out to the arrivals hall. Unfortunatelly this is not in our control that you been delayed to come out. In this cases we always try to find a way to provide you our services. In this particulary case driver was inside waiting for you more than free waiting time up to 1h and 20min, since you were not ready for the collection driver had to keavr because of schedule. Please remember that we arranged other vehicle for you, but you refused to wait for the next available vehicle thay was already on the way to pick you up. Unfortunatelly our drivers cannot wait at the airport for hours cause we have schedule to perform but we always try to find a solution in this cases when your flights are late and you are delyed to come out.

Poor experience

We were dropped off at the wrong location at the end of a driveway I tried many times to share the detailed directions from Airbnb and was rudely brushed off they knew where to go. Before we realized it was wrong, driver had unloaded all our luggage (8 people 2 cars 3 children) pointed down the driveway and said only a one minute walk. Never attempted to help us with bags. And left. We had to get 3 Ubers to get to correct location. And it was over 90 degrees out!

Dear Sally, Please note that drivers took you to the exact address that you mentioned in your booking. Also driver checked this information before departure with 2 passengers. One of the passenger opened the Google Maps to show the location, second passenger opened the message from the Air bnb to show the directions. There was 2 drivers and checked this information, also the first passenger was all the way checking the Google Maps and Commenting how many minutes left to the drop-off location. Drivers dropped you accordingly to the previously provided address by you, so we can't responsibly for wrong provided address previously. When you understood that you were dropped at the wrong location and the provided address was not correct, why you didn't contacted to us about this situation? I believe we could arrange a solution for that. If you have any other bookings please check if you mentioned correctly your information to avoid any of these situation, and also we want to ask you if anything like this happen please contact directly to the emergency number so we can help to solve this problems and avoid this situations.
