The Driver Izzy was friendly and helped us with our baggages in Denali as well as Fairbanks. I was initially refused to be dropped off at my Airbnb site by the customer care person. However, once I requested him to drop us off at the Airbnb site, he gladly complied with our request. Would definitely recommend this Shuttle service to the others.

It was okay. Steve was good but Joe kept talking over him making it impossible to listen. Steve had some good stories and information but again it was disrupted by the over talking

We loved the service! I was expecting just a regular shuttle, but this was the most fun one I’ve been on. Our driver Steven and the bus assistant were amazing. They narrated the entire trip, slowed down for wildlife and views (we saw moose!) and shared their own personal pictures and stories. This was a 2.5hr shuttle and it felt like nothing! We had so much fun that made the tome fly. Great guys, great service!

Denali park and the hot springs . The driver that pick us up at Denali to drop us at the airport. was outstanding. I think his name is Ezzi.

No masks - but great tour guide

The bus guide was fantastic and the driver made great time, however masks were not required and people in masks were told they did not have to wear a mask. This was unique compared to all our other shuttle experiences in Alaska. If this is something that will bother you, I would not recommend this ride. The tour guide was friendly and fantastic though.

The shuttle service both ways was fine. Going back from Denali to Fairbanks it was a luxury coach, which was unexpected. That was pretty nice.

Shoutout to Izzy (and driver Craig) for making the drive from Denali to Fairbanks entertaining! What a great experience. We highly recommend this service. Izzy was professional, thoughtful, and if I were reading this feedback as his boss, I’d give him a raise. I don’t say that flippantly. If you’re looking for a transfer from Denali to Fairbanks, I hope you get this duo! 10/10
