This was a wonderful tour, just me, my girlfriend, and Sergio, our driver. Sergio was excellent with communication before the tour and gave us excellent information during the tour. I would definitely do this tour again.

      Leave the cruise port, walk straight (30ft) you will find the Caracol Museum, turn right, walk 50ft until the corner, turn left and cross the street , when you cross you will be at the corner of the Riviera Cultural center, walk 20 ft to the left and there will be a main door of our meeting point.

    Amazing La Bufadora Private Tour

    I booked a Private Tour to visit La Bufadora (in Ensenada, Mexico). My driver and tour guide was Sergio and I can't say enough or find all the correct words to describe my tour! My tour was great - Sergio picked me up on time at Pier 2 (Ensenada); he sent an email to me the day before apologizing that due to the pier restrictions - private companies are NOT allowed to drive into the Port - I would have to walk out (approximately 1/3 mile = about 15-20 minutes (I walk with a cane, walk slow and have arthritis in both knees) but it was well worth the walk! I was the first passenger to disembark my cruise ship (ship docked earlier than expected) so I took my time, walked at a medium pace and made it outside "to meeting spot" early. Sergio texted me to let me know he was on his way. Once Sergio picked me up - he safely drove the approximately 45 minutes drive to La Bufadora pointing out beautiful scenery and buildings along the way. Upon arrival, he drove to a secure area where I could use the restroom and we proceed to walk down to La Bufadora viewing area. AWESOME! Sergio used my camera to capture a "small blow hole) from La Bufadors (waves were calm to slightly medium) but I have a couple of good videos that Sergio captured for me. Sergio took me to a location to buy the exact souvenirs that I mentioned that I wanted to purchase the store owner gave me a good deal! All in all - MY PRIVATE TOUR WAS OUTSTANDING and if visiting Ensenada again - I would definitely book this tour again (hopefully I would get Sergio as my driver and tour guide again)! Thank you Sergio for a 100% awesome tour!

    Sergio was an excellent guide and very quickly adapted the tour to fit our request. We learned a great deal about Ensenada and enjoyed seeing parts of Ensenada with his perspective. Sergio was very engaging and extremely professional. The next time with visit Ensenada my husband and I will definitely book another tour with Sergio's company.

    From ship it was long walk to pick up private tour. We signed up on our paper for guide in English but only given a driver who spoke absolutely only Spanish. We speak only English. Had no idea what to expect on hour drive to blow hole. Never encountered any problems with visitor previously

    Great trip. Sergio was right on time and drove us smoothly to our destination. He did a great job and was waiting for us when it was time to return to ship. Would recommend this to anyone.

    Tour Changed without notice

    This was booked as a 6 person private tour and confirmed by email prior to tour. At meeting point we were met by a different company and advised that the original company overbooked and turned our reservation over to this new company. Was not a 6 person private tour we were added to a much larger tour. Not what we were promised or paid for. We were never advised of the change. Disappointed. The tour itself was fine no complaints with content of tour. Change and lack of communication was unacceptable.

    Had a fantastic trip to the blowhole. Our guide Sergio was very knowledgeable of the local area and made the trip memorable. He recommended a local fish restaurant and went out of his way to take us there and the local site . I would really recommend this trip

    Sergio is an amazing guide. While on tour he showed us amazing sites, as well as took photos of us and introduced us to the most amazing food. Great communication and customer service!

    I'm indifferent but wouldn't recommend this tour

    The driver provided commentary while driving. At the blowhole site he steered us to "his" vendors/friends while walking towards the blowhole. He also stopped at a pretty building and provided commentary and took us to a restaurant which was good. This tour wasn't great or terrible.

    Hello there, I’m pretty sure that all my comments about everything were courteous i didn’t offend anyone. All the stores that i recommend are very unique and i have no responsability that my friends (because its part of my job get in know with people who works in give a 5 star service and razonable prices to You, my costumers, next time book with the whole bus and notice the service that they provide, with insane prices on stores, bad service etc) And last, if you read whats included on the tour you will notice that GO TO LUNCH AND WAIT FOR YOU is NOT included) so im always offering extra good service for all my costumers.     Sergio was excellent! On time, courteous, thoughtful and attentive. He gave us a great tour of La Bufadora and Hotel Riviera del Pacífico. Then he recommended a terrific lunch spot (Birrieria Guadalajara) in downtown Ensenada. We were done in plenty of time to get back on our cruise ship.
