We had a wonderful time our guides Esau and Jordan took great care of us. We felt safe out on the water with our kids and learned a ton. We definitely want to come back. We highly recommend this adventure.

Late start. Some communication errors for pickup. Instructions weren't received in email prior to disembarkation. Long drive for little kayak time but kayak guide was very good! No tour guide, just a taxi cab driver that would drop us off here and there and wait for us to return.

While our drivers are excellent at navigating the local landscape to get you to your destination safely, I hear your disappointment regarding the nature of the tour. We clearly missed the mark in setting the right expectations for the difference between a 'guided tour' and our 'private transport/driver service.' I am pleased to hear our kayak guide provided a high-quality experience, as they are a key part of our team, but I agree that the balance of the day did not meet your expectations. I will be reviewing our booking materials immediately to ensure guests clearly understand the transit process and the specific nature of our tour offerings moving forward. An ocean adventure into the exciting entrance of the blow hole (La Bufadora). It's a cool feeling riding up and down with the swell watching and hearing the rumble of the blow hole.... You won't forget it!!

It was awesome! Chui was a good driver, no problems. Took us for great tacos after the trip, and then took us downtown to shop and showed us how to find our way around. Our kayak guide, Esau was absolutely the best! You can tell he loves his job, and he made sure we were safe and had a good time. Even showed us the today pools afterwards, looking at all sorts of amazing sea life. Loved it!

We arrived in Encenada via a cruise ship. Our driver was Jesus (Chewy). He was waiting for us at the designated pickup area and was prompt and friendly. It was a 45-minute drive to La Bufadora through some beautiful mountain scenery. Once we arrived, we were met by Jessie, the owner of the kayak excursion and Esau who was our guide. We were briefed on safety as well as how to use the paddle and what to expect once we were ready to load up in the kayak. Esau’s passion for the water as well as the geyser showed and he really made the experience amazing! We highly recommend this and will definitely do it again.

we got off the ship and he had a sign made with my name on it so we knew where to go.Friendly, just a good person which stayed with us the entire day.
Typically I stress on these excursions but the office with communication with us was amazing! The communication from the office was right on top of everything so we had no worries. our guide was so friendly,made us feel comfortable and safe.
Totally an amazing experience, and would absolutely recommend!!

Disorganized. Found them easy enough but drove to La Bufadora in their rented taxis and they made us wait for two hours while another group went. Told us to go shop. The time we wasted cost us the ability to do anything else back in Ensenada.

Driver stayed with us all day and was very accommodating. The two guys who went out into the water in kayaks were amazing and guiding us around and helping us navigate the Pacific to get us up close and personal to the blow hole. We brought our 10 year old and 13 year old, and they did great in their own kayak. Guides were so helpful. Our driver Oscar was amazing and gave us extra time to go to the shops and see the blow hole from up top as well. He also recommended us to an amazing taco shop. The kids even loved the food there. Highly recommend this tour!
