Pick up is in Lapad with a fabulous galleon trip past the Elaphite Islands and into Dubrovnik (aka King’s Landing).
You get a cocktail on board the ship and a commentary about the making of Game of Thrones and the involvement of the locals. Once in Dubrovnik there’s a walking tour of an hour or so - our guide was the wonderful Indira who took us to loads of filming sites and had plenty of interesting tales about the filming, the locals and the actors.
It was an interesting and enjoyable afternoon- especially for GoT fans but it’d be a good day out even if you’ve never seen the show.

Indira was a great tour guide! We were worried this would be too kitschy but it was well-worth the time and money. The ride on the ship was gorgeous—seeing the city walls from the outside as another replica galleon passes by made for beautiful photos. The walking tour had lots of great info about the city and its history, with a strong focus on "remember that scene in GoT? That was right here" as well as stories about the filming. As someone who's only seen half of GoT I still got a lot out of the tour. Definitely recommend!

This was a super fun tour for anyone that loves the Game of Thrones franchise. Getting to ride a replica pirate ship alone was worth the cost! The walking tour covered a handful of filming locations & the guide shared stories of what is was like being an extra in the series and other “insider” stories. Really great time if you are into GoT!

Great communication from the tour team and they were so nice when we were running late. We made it just in time for departure with their patience and directions. The tour was very informative and hit all the best highlights of the show and filming locations. Our tour guide was so nice and she really showed she cared about the tour.

Pretty awesome tour. Great details on the history of Dubrovnik, nice time on the boat while playing Game of Thrones music, various locations from the show, loved walking in old town Dubrovnik. The tour guide Indira was friendly, funny and super knowledgable. Great job! Totally recommended!

Sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Of course it is commercial tour - it is Game of Thrones. Really popular TV show. What we offer as authentic part of the experience is the panoramic cruise on our ship where the series was filmed in season 3! Iron throne is in a souvenir shop. We are not allowed to move it to another location since they own it.
Sorry to hear that you wouldn't recommend it. I guess it is not everyone's cup of tea!

Such a fun experience. You get to ride a pirate ship and sail into “kings landing” aka old town. The tour guides were super knowledgeable and took you to all the spots they filmed at.

I didn’t expect the tour too be that good. I knew the show pretty well and was afraid i wouldn’t be too surprised, but our guide Indira told us a lot about how the production went and how HBO worked with the locals. That was very interesting, would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing trip, the boat trip was great and the views when sailing into the old town were unbelievable.
The game of thrones tour was enjoyable and informative our guide Helena was very knowledgable and entertaining throughout. We would probably do the tour again if we return

loved every aspect of the tour! compared to the other walking only tours we thought it offered really good value with the cruise, which was nice and choppy on one of the boats from show. lovely and atmospheric to go all round the bay and arrive from the sea. our walking guide had a real passion for the show and the tour was a good length, entertaining and informative. couldn't recommend this tour enough, and of course Dubrovnik is incredible, friendly, clean, historic and unbelievably beautiful

Wow, what an Amazing tour! We had the best time on the GOT boat/walking tour. We had a cocktail on arrival once we got on board the ship, the staff were amazing. Indira (I think this is her name)! our tour guide what brilliant! She had so much knowledge and interesting stories about the whole filming for GOT and so much information on Dubrovnik. I would definitely recommend this tour, I would even do it again! Thank you ❤️

This was a fantastic experience! As a big GoT fan, the combination of a boat tour and a walking tour was perfect. The tour guides and all of the cruise staff were amazing. Would highly recommend this tour! PS - As this tour is in the evening, it saves you from the heat!

We had a wonderful time on this tour! We were shown all the filming locations of Dubrovnik and had our photos taken on the iron throne. We also learnt what it was like to have HBO there for all the locals which was fascinating! Also sailing on the boat used in the production whilst the GoT music was played was so cool! 10 out of 10 would recommend. I was concerned how many might be on the tour as I had read it could be upto 130 but we were a group of 39 which they then split into 2 smaller groups for the walking tour! I thought this was a really nice touch as they could have easily had 40 of us walking round but splitting it into two made it much more personal. So, massive thanks to Anna and Indira our 2 tour guides, both were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a lovely time!
