Worst tour experience

This was the last day we were spending in Ireland and wanted to see all that we could which is why we chose this day tour. The day before the tour, I had not hear from the tour guide to confirm time and pick up location so I had to reach out to them. I spoke with Brendan (the owner) and came up with an idea of how the day would go and that John was going to be taking us. Saturday morning John shows up, didn't seem to know exactly what was determined the day before. He was just the driver and not a tour guide. There wasn't much information he shared about various points of interest, he just answered questions that we had. He smelled of cigarettes, looked disheveled and seemed disorganized. At one point was having trouble keeping his eyes open, we had to constantly talk to him to keep him awake and eyes on the road.which made us very uncomfortable. We got the feeling that there was a scheduling mix up and we got stuck with who ever they could get last minute to drive us. The items included with the tour were 1. water-there was none 2. admission to the rope bridge-it was closed due to weather (entrance fee included in the price) 3. Dunluce Castle-we didn't go there and not exactly sure why (admission was included with the fees also). As the day went on, John kept looking at the time and keeping us informed as to when he would get home & go to the pub. I sent a text to Brendan to give him this information after we arrived home 2 days later. I wanted to give him notice of this experience and respond first before sharing it. He responded back that he was going to call me yesterday and I'm still waiting for the call. This was a sorry excuse of a costly tour

Hi, First I'm very sorry to hear this but I've absolutely no idea what you are talking about . Please check every one of my 5 star reviews . You must have been given a wrong link or something to write a review . But I'd appreciate it if you would delete this negative & obviously wrong review on the wrong page ASAP !!! The names you have mentioned in above review don't or never have worked for me so again you are in the totally wrong profile ! Please delete as soon as possible

Our trip was wonderful due to Ken Delaney, our driver. We could enjoy ourselves and let him do the driving planning and prepping. We told him our expectations and he delivered. His light-hearted personality allowed us to feel like we could ask anything and he would be happy to share. His vehicle was very comfortable for everyone. If that was not enough he sent us with information for the rest of our trip to make it exceptional. Thank you Ken for letting us have an experience of a lifetime. Every recommendation turned out to be fantastic. Will definitely hire him again.
