Booking was easy. View was amazing because we had the perfect weather. Lines were not long so it was fast access. Everything is expensive at the top. Paid parking at the bottom if you are driving, not expensive.

Had a very nice and romantic time watching the sun set our first night in Dubai. The weather was nice and the food and drinks on the roof are good. The views are great between the city itself, the sunset, and the island. Overall, the area is very beautiful as well.

Do not book with this tour company they never sent me the ticket and I had to buy a ticket. I tried contacting them so many times and they never picked up my phoen neither did Viator do anything about getting me the refund. So disappointed

Great place to visit - definitely recommend.
However, there were many issues with our tickets. We only received our ticket the day of the tour - which would not be a problem if this was communicated to us. Prior to the tour day we contacted viator which told us to contact the operator. When we contacted the operator they left us on read and only sent the tickets the day of.
We had purchased the skip the line, prime time tickets but when we checked the tickets it was only general admission prime time tickets. Again, we contacted the operator which ignored our messages and calls on whatsapp. We contacted the operator after again and they told us they had sent the right tickets (which they did not) and again left us on read.
We contacted viator and did end up receiving a partial refund.

Well the site offered to book the event at 23:00 o'clock in the night when in reality at 21:00 is the latest you can book as at 22:00 the whole place closes.
As a result I bought the tickets went there and found the security guard who explained to me the whole situation. Not to mention the 140AED back and forth that I paid for taxi. The 1 star is a compliment.

First of all we want to apologise for the problem you have faced due to viator server issue as we don't have tickets for 23:00 Clock.
Secondly, if you reached there at 23:00 clock and find it close that means not you can't use it later. In your ticket copy the ticket validity is already mentioned so you can visit the place any day during your stay in Dubai.
