This was a horrendous experience! It was clearly over booked as we queued for 2 hours in crammed conditions with very little air conditioning. Many people were struggling to cope, including myself and I am young, fit and healthy. I seriously considered just giving up and leaving the queue as it was so unpleasant. Only do this if you have a fast pass. The view at the top was good, but not worth the wait.

The experience was good, except it was so hot while waiting in line. We were sweating! I asked one of the Staff, why it was so hot and he said it was because of the screen. I don't think so, all other attractions have enormous screens but not as hot as this place. We paid a lot of money for this, we should be comfortable.

Tha altitude allows you to see all around. I recommend pre booking your ticket. There isn't much waiting time to ascend and descend. There are toilets at the top along with restaurant and gift shop. You can have your photo taken as a souvenir at a cost. It's well worth the money and you can take as much time as you like.

The lamount of queuing makes you want to give up in the experience. By the times we started the third queue and I realised this was only to see another video and not to take the lift to go to the top, I was ready to tell security to let me out and forget about it all! Once we finally managed to get up there and enjoy the experience, it was only to discover that we had to finally queue again to go all the way down 🙁

It quite the experience. Go at off peak times to avoid the CROWDS. The views of the palm and other buildings it truly remarkable.

I really struggled with this trip. We paid a premium to go up at 5pm so we could see the sunset but people who had gone up earlier didn’t come back down so we were delayed. We stood in line for 1:30 minutes. Crowds and no aircon so people were getting testy. Finally got up and sun had gone down ages ago and it’s really not so good in the dark. So we queued for another 30 minutes to leave. This was poor.

We went early evening and not crowded. The do a great intro before you get to the viewing platform which is really interesting. Don't forget to go up to open level afterwards, just be aware steps are steeper.

I really enjoyed visiting The View at The Palm! The tour was well organized — I liked that they shared a short presentation before going up, which helped explain how the Palm Jumeirah was built and gave some background to what you’re seeing.
Once you get to the top, the view is absolutely amazing — you can see the full shape of the Palm, the blue water, and the city skyline all at once. It’s definitely one of the best viewpoints in Dubai.
Overall, it was a great experience — interesting, smooth, and worth the visit if you want to see how impressive the Palm really looks from above.

This excursion would have been better had we booked during daylight hours. If I had known that even with my voucher the customer service associate at The View was going to try to shorten visit by 30 minutes, I would not have booked. Everything felt rushed right down to purchasing a beverage to souvenir shopping at gift shop. Recommend booking no later than 5 PM so you can take iconic photos at the top. Also, there is a level 155. Worth asking about because I feel like we missed something. Regardless, the introduction was impressive! The digital presentation was thorough and learned much. Shukran.

Do not trust these criminals. I paid for a ticket, only to be asked to pay again upon entry, which suggests that I was sold a ticket that had already been used. I have proof of my purchase, but I was consistently told that nothing could be done.
Joy from customer service basically stated that they don’t care that I was sold a fake ticket and that I will not be receiving a refund.
Please avoid doing business with this joke of a company.

Definitely preferred than the Burj, there is less people so you can take better photos and this only a fraction of the price. Breathtaking View of the Palm Jumeirah.

The views were amazing. Seamless booking process. Tour prior to the view at the top with interactive floor & background on how the palm was built.
If you go at 5.30 you can capture daylight & sunset with beautiful photos.
