Amazing and so many experiences! The weather was perfect!!! The food I tried was beyond abaziavd fresh!! I highly recommend visiting this place during their open season.

I would compare this to the UAE's version of Epcot Center. Plenty of things to do and food to eat from all corners of the world. The rides were a little pricey so be prepared to pay out of pocket in addition to the entrance fee.

Great price for a wonderful experience! We enjoyed being immersed in different cultures along with the wide variety of food. We were even lucky enough to be able to celebrate the Global Village's 30th Birthday while also celebrating my husband's. The shows and entertainment were perfect!

We thought it lacked any details pertaining to each country. Just having a sign saying Kuwait or UAE doesn’t make it a Global village.

Your app did not provide a valid ticket with QR code which could be scanned and therefore was rejected. I had to ourchase 3 new tickets on the spot from another app.

We were truly disappointed with our experience. We enjoyed Boulevard World jn riyadh and we were told Global village is better. But absolutely not. Boulevard world is smaller but much better. Most pavilions didn’t even show case anything authentic. Americas were a joke. Super disappointed! I am glad we didn’t pay for parking. There’s tons of free parking. Get there for opening time. Be prepared to spend money on food. But nothing worth mentioning in terms of food either. Same set of fast food options everywhere. All in all, it was meh! We left in less than 1 hour

I would avoid this package at all costs if the tour conductor is TRIPLINE TOURISM. They are unprofessional and a poor representation for tourism in Dubai. I have never had a terrible experience with a Viator booking - this one was a nightmare from the start! I should have trusted my instinct when I read the reviews, and I saw people speaking to their unprofessionalism, the driver driving with one hand on the phone and them having to take a taxi instead of getting the right date paid for in this package. I book the trip for a Tuesday afternoon. I prepared myself for the trip and suddenly received a text message from the trip line stating “ Sharing transfer is not possible at this time as our bus has left for Global Village.” it is the responsibility of both the Tours conductor and buyer to ensure that a tour is available prior to posting it as such and taking patrons hard on money. When I called Viator they treated me as if I had done something wrong, the first question being “what would you like me to do?” They told me they would work with the Tours conductor trip line to “modify “my reservation to the following day. I was told to call back in a couple of hours to confirm. I thought this was unprofessional as it was on Viktor and Tree line to fix the mishap. As the consumer should not be inconvenienced to rectify something they did wrong. I received an email stating that the trip had been modified. I was also told that I would receive voucher from Tropline Tourism within the hour. The following day and one hour prior to it being time for transportation pick up I still had no voucher. I had to text trip line tourism stating I still had no voucher and was waiting. Their response, “oh”. The driver picked me up on time, but he did drive with one hand on the steering wheel and he did talk on the phone for a short period during the drive to Global Village. When we arrived at global Village, he parked in P3 parking lot, space 1347 and told us to “take a picture” as this is where he would pick us up at 9:30 PM. I explained to the driver that I did not have an Internet connection and would not be able to get any text messages or calls from him. His response “.Just take a picture.”. I had a bad feeling about these Lucy goosy instructions, but I went with it because I had no choice. At 9:15 PM I stood waiting in parking lot P3 space 1347, but there was no driver. I attempted to call and text but had no Wi-Fi connection. Needless to say 10 minutes past and I was in a panic. I couldn’t get help from anyone, it was dark, and all of the cars looked similar to the one that we were transported in. I was just about to walk to find a taxi when I see the driver pulling up towards me. I was livid! I asked him where he was that he told me to be in the P3 parking lot at space 1347. He just pointed at his phone as if that meant something to me. The fact that he didn’t know any English made matters much worse. I don’t expect people to speak English when I am in their country, however, when I pay for the tour package, that specifically states it’s in English and they are conducting business with me in English I expect the transportation to also be in English. The fact that the driver did not speak English caused too many unnecessary problems. The only explanation for the unprofessionalism of trip line tourism is that they operate out of a back alley somewhere and state there are an official business in order to conduct tours with Viator. This was an awful experience and I do not recommend it.

Please note that the sharing transfer means that you need to share the vehicle with other people and it is at a particular time only. As you booked the same day ticket with transfer that too at the time when the vehicle is already out. We have mentioned the same in the booking that for sharing tarnsfer need to book atleast 4 hours in advance as the city is big. Also reagrding the charges please note that you have paid for sharing transfer costing minimum. We really applogogize for any incovenicne caused but for better experience we recommend to book with private transfer with private expericene and flexible time as teh Golbal Vilaleg is located outskirt of Dubai. Quite an intimidating experience and not what we expected. The booking experience was great with very good communication however the third party company who issued the tickets and sent an old car for the transfer were poor. The driver drove one handed at speed being on his phone the whole time. Being driven at break neck speed wasn't the best start. We opted to arrive early at 4:30pm so we could see the transition into darkness. Entry was easy and not busy as was the stalls and vendors who were in your face pushing you to buy and shouting like on a street market.
As darkness fell the lights made everywhere look beautiful but the crowds just got massive. I estimated less than 1% of visitors are westerners which was a bit surprising as it was sold as a top attraction
I personally would not recommend a visit as a couple we felt intimidated which was a shame .
Needless to say the car park and collection took over an hour with the huge car park rammed. One to miss in my opinion.

Many vendors are insisting on you to stop at their stalls and or buy their goods. There were a few live experiences- African and Moroccan concerts on the main stage.
There was excellent Spanish flamenco dancing.

There was a big line for tickets, but with Viator it was very easy and fast. I got my ticket quickly without waiting in line, and the price was even cheaper than at the counter. Very good experience.

Cheap decorations, even cheaper stuff in the shops. Lots of street food (recommend the Lebanese spot, their “burger” was amazing), a couple of rides. But generally has nothing to do with the “culture” of those countries

This was a very fun thing to do. You’ll need a few hours (at least). But it is worth it. You get to see all kinds of counties and cultural items/shows/foods. It looks very beautiful at night. There’s arcade games too. You’ll have a blast.

This place reminds me of Epcot center in Orlando, Florida. It has different countries and each place has shopping to do according to the country. It has food and rides.

Visited with my kid and wife - Feb 1st. A really interesting concept, truly like a global village. Apparently very popular evening activities for families with kids, with lots of things to do for kids (at additional cost). Country specific Pavillions were interesting but honestly with the exception of a few, most had run off the mill commercial stuff that's not really unique. Some of the things were unique cultural aspects and food options were really good. Overall a high glitter high energy affair that has potential but like everything in dubai suffers from a bit of shallowness and over the top focus on commercial aspects.

Absolutely disappointing experience. It seems like some tour operators here are fraudsters. Booked tickets via Viator and received a pdf voucher which stated that tickets should be redeemed at the ticket kiosk. We got to the kiosk and presented the teller with our voucher and she informed us that they were not affiliated with this tour operator. We had to pay for our tickets in addition to the fee paid on Viator. Disappointing to note that Viator could not do anything to assist in refunding us. I tried contacting the tour operator but haven't received a response to date. I assumed that Viator verified the tour operators that render their services on this platform. Don't waste your time booking with this tour operator

the communication through chat, text message was smooth and right away . we got picked up just in time . thank you! the issue we had, it was about not enough information about rules in the gate to entry to global village in Dubai, I was informed my parents who are over 65 do not need a ticket but not informed to get a voucher before entering the gate, my brother got in but my mom couldn’t , my brother was told to get out and get a voucher for her, he did then they did not let him to get back in because his ticket was already used since he couldn’t speak english took him one hour back and forth for these things and finally they could not go in and came back to the Hotel , I paid $100 and my family did not get to see this place just because of not informing through Tour. I am so disappointed.

Think Epcot center on steroids. With countries that would not be showcased normally. A lot of sensory overload but worth it. Be careful when you go - it can get very crowded!!
