We enjoyed the entire tour. If you want some instagram worthy photos you definitely want to do this tour. The ballon ride was awesome, we had it on our bucket list so we were very excited to be able to do that. The breakfast was set up outside and well done and all the food was good. The camel ride was an experience and fun. We had a great driver/guide, Hanif, he was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Dubai and some interesting facts. We were very happy that we decided to go on this journey. Thank you.

Pilots and driver and guy that served breakfast lovely, area we went over very built up and only flew 4000 feet for ten minutes
The guy said 50 euro for the video, my friend wanted one so we paid, no receipt and very disappointing you could not see the balloon just everyone together not the view and very small as sent on WhatsApp, very, very unprofessional
They did mot care if you got on the camel no encouragement, when advertised the falcon looks as it’s flying to the balloon, you only hold the falcon he has blinkers on I asked for them to be removed they said cos he would fly, after taking the blinker off he didn’t budge the said shake him, his feathers only went a bit up
Lots of flies, food in plastic boxes, guy serving was lovely
There was no fun, they were all serious
Quite hi yo climb in eventually they got s ladder getting in but nothing getting out, a lady offered me water as it was hot, then they offered us water

We literally just got back to the hotel and I couldn’t wait to write this review! We had planned a trip to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and we thought this would be a great idea. However, we were deeply disappointed with our experience.
We paid $626.00 USD for breakfast, which included bologna, hotdogs, and a mysterious meat mixture with pork and beans, along with fruit and powdered eggs. The food looked absolutely disgusting, and we couldn’t bring ourselves to eat it.
To make matters worse, they offered an extra $60 for additional video and pictures, which we found to be completely worthless. We had taken better photos and videos with our own phones. I messaged to asked for the edited version of the video they promised I’m still waiting on them to respond!
One of the most disappointing aspects of the trip was the camel ride. Instead of a relaxing experience, we were confined to the back of a trailer and made to go in circles. It was a complete waste of money and felt like a scam.
The only positive aspect of the trip was the balloon ride. It was relaxing until someone started playing loud music, which ruined the experience.
To top it off, we had to ride there and back in the third row of a vehicle designed for toddlers. It was uncomfortable and made the entire trip even more unpleasant.
Overall, we had a terrible experience and would never recommend this place to anyone.

A wonderful way to see the desert from the sky. A truly unforgettable experience. A clearer overview of the itinerary would have been nice as it’s not explained very well before hand (such as when the breakfast and camel rides will take place etc)

So the ballon ride was very nice, so smooth and quiet and the skill captain had to use wind layers to navigate was amazing.The heat from heat blasts was very strong and a hat is recommended.It was almost an hour and we seen some gazelle.
The ony negatives i have was there was no photo taken of us all in ballon fully inflated(has to be done by staff)
The other is the hour plus ride to and from was in car with no a/c a huge turn off and very uncomfortable.

Beautiful experience for early bird people. First one to be in the sky before any other hot air balloons. Professional pilot, Capt Bashir, excellent skills and safely landing. Although the weather was foggy and we couldn’t see much on the ground and there was a bit of confusion at the beginning about what balloon we would be in (we were moved around a bit). The actual balloon ride was spectacular, watching the sunrise at 4000ft in the air was just something else. And the breakfast afterwards was a nice touch, the option to ride a camel and to hold a falcon was lovely too, we did both and it was just a really lovely experience.

Amazing experience with the balloon! Amazing views from 4000 ft in the sky and the captain is very funny. Definitely worth the money and the 4am earning morning start. We got plenty of time to interact with the camal & falcon too!

This was a disaster I would not recommend this provider. The ballon ride itself was great however the rest was terrible. I was told to be in the lobby at 4:10 am for my pick up, the driver did not show until 1.5 hours later. I had to contact the provider to see where he was at and was just told he was on his way. The driver was driving at excessive speeds to try and get to the ballon before they took off since they were having to wait for us since we were now late. The breakfast was some hot dogs, runny eggs and some muffins. There was another lady that was in the same pickup and we both asked to speak to the person in charge who pretty much shrugged off our complaints and said it was not there fault because a couple of roads were blocked off due to a marathon. First off they should have planned for the road closures because they should have know about the route they were taking and I am quiet sure the marathon was well announced and not just a surprise marathon. The service was very poor. The ballon ride itself was great however the rest of the experience was very stressful and dangerous with the driver speeding to make up time. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

We got picked up from the hotel & went to get refreshments while we were there we had an older captain who talked about it through the whole experience & landings which was great . Then we got to the hot air balloon & they started blowing up the hot air balloons which was amazing to see the start to then getting on. We had two captains in ours one was the main captain which both were so nice & really funny ! Lots of room in the basket , it’s a surreal experience & it was the best thing we did in Dubai ! It’s so beautiful to see !!! Highly recommend!! The landing for us was the Funniest!

Such an exhilarating thrill this was. It had been on my bucket list my entire life, and it lived up, up, and away above my anticipation. Great pilots and guides, breathtaking views, and a charming ride. Then we are treated to camel rides, holding a falcon, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Car service to and from our hotel. Everything was beautiful from start to finish. I recommend bringing a jacket because at 5:00 AM in the desert, it is somewhat cold, at least in February, but you forget all about it as the sun rises, and with it, the balloon.

This was our first time on a hot air balloon , we had an amazing time from pickup till drop to our hotel . Faraz was an amazing driver and guide , was very helpful with our questions . Balloon ride was very smooth and the pilots were well trained and explained the features nicely . The reason why I gave 4 stars is for the breakfast experience, it was pathetic , we were served terrible scrambled eggs, sausages and bread we would have rather gone back early to the hotel instead of wasting time at the breakfast stop .

This experience was amazing! Watching sunrise over the dessert in a hot air balloon was an out of this world experience. The pilots were extremely professional and made us feel safe and secure while having a fun time. The camel ride and falcon experience were quite nice but very short. Would highly recommend!
