Absolutely fantastic experience. Very professionally organised from the designated pick up until the return to the hotel. Professional, friendly and safe crew and pilot made for an unforgettable experience. The best way to see the majestic beauty and scale of the desert at sunrise. Even the breakfast at the stables was very enjoyable - as good as provided at some hotels. A must do experience.

The hot air balloon ride itself was great. Everything else, not so much. The company followed through on it's booking and transportation, and the hot air balloon ride itself was a decent length of time and relatively fun. The hot air balloon ride: - too many people squished together in the baskets. There were about 18-20 of us all together. You can't see every view or move around easily. - length of time was decent - didn't see any wild animals - we did the sunrise ride and the sunrise was anti-climatic on a clear day, not the company's fault. The video: - we bought it and wish we didn't. - it's a video of everyone in the basket for 5 minutes. - you can barely see the falcon flying - barely see the background The breakfast: - poor selection, skip it and go to your hotel - having dietary restrictions, my only option was orange slices - they played one song on repeat the entire time (45 min) The DRIVER: - This man ruined the trip. He's why I'm still mad. - We were first to be picked up in the group around 5 am. We drove around picking up others for another 30-ish minutes, without traffic. - it's another 45 minutes to the hot air balloon spot - Our driver didn't speak to us the entire ride, except to give instructions. - He had a stern and anti-social attitude - THANKFULLY I packed dramamine because his driving was the WORST. Gas and breaks the whole way, no coasting, no auto-pilot. Swerving in the straight lane. This company has dune rides for purchase. We didn't purchase this. He managed to purposely go off road a few times and bash through the dunes (NOBODY ASKED). He did it unprompted, didn't say anything or warn us ahead. - We were last to be dropped off (you would think we would be first, since we were first for pick up). Before dropping us, he stopped in the road and said he's hungry and asked if he could stop to grab breakfast before dropping us off (the only time he was nice). We declined and he gave us some serious attitude about it.

We never exceed this limit, and for guests seeking a more spacious or private experience, we do offer private charters. Our breakfast menu is available on our website for full transparency, and guests that have strict dietary restrictions usually notify us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate them. We understand the music may not appeal to everyone, it's intended simply to create a pleasant morning atmosphere. Regarding the flight video, we do clearly mention on our website that it's a short, edited 5-minute GoPro recording designed as a simple souvenir of your flight. However, we completely understand if it didn't fully meet your expectations, and we're always working to improve this offering. For transportation, we provide both shared and private options. Shared transfers usually involve additional pickups, while private transfers offer a more direct experience. That said, we're reviewing your comments about the driver to ensure service remains safe, enjoyable and respectful at all times. As for wildlife sightings and the sunrise, these are naturally unpredictable elements that vary by day and location based on the weather. A very early start to the day but well worth it. Beautiful sunrise in the air. It would have been better for the falcon to be in the air flying with us rather just on the ground at the end, but still very enjoyable.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and this was one of the most romantic things we have done while here! We saw the sunrise, a falcon show, and had the best time reminiscing in the scenic views. Remember to take a jacket as it gets cold up there! All and all definitely recommend!

Wonderful Sunrise Tour

Loved it! The guides thoroughly explained all the safety measures. The day was a little hazy but we saw a beautiful sunset and falcon show. We learned a lot about ballooning and the history behind using falcons in the Arab culture. The breakfast was pretty good for a buffet on the dessert.

Most memorable moments were getting photos with the falcon and the landing. Beautiful falcon got to learn some history and their heavily respected bird, and smooth landing. Everyone was so polite and welcoming and we got to share cake with everyone after we landed. The breakfast was amazing, we rode the camels at the camp and learned some history about their camels.

Ride was an awesome experience however I was talked into purchasing the video that is a huge disappointment that shows 5:25 minutes of 15 people standing in the basked. NOTHING ELSE. HUGE WAIST OF $. other than the video the ride was great.

Wonderful experience. The staff were very responsive and communicated well at all times before, during and after the ballon ride. They went beyond and above in making sure that everyone was comfortable and had a great time. You will have an opportunity to see how the ballon is prepared for take off and a chance to take plenty of pictures. They even offer you a Timelapse video which shows you and your loved ones inside of the ballon and some outside views as well. I would recommend this activity to anyone!

Awesome experience, picked up in a clean landcruiser, driver was communicative. Arturo the pilot was very nice and knowledgeable (he has been flying hot air ballons for more than 30 years, after all), and Odan the falcon was also very nice. Since there were several hot air balloons flying at the same time, the falcons took turn to fly. The falconeer let Odan flew after we reached certain altitude, and Odan managed to return to our balloon every time. And all passengers were given the chance to take pictures with the falcon. We were quite fortunate to see several gazelles in the desert too. After the hot air balloon trip, we stopped by a camp where good breakfast buffet was served, and we can take a short camel ride, horse ride, and get henna tattoos for free. Overall, the experience was really good, although a bit expensive.

This was the highlight of my trip, initially I was reluctant to book it based on how early the tour was 04:30 a.m but, it turned out to be the best timing as we got to see the sun rise and the temperature was cooler. The balloon was rotated to ensure that we all experienced the best views and took pictures. Henna was on offer, beautiful and done quickly so that everyone had a turn. The tour is perfectly structured such that I could still fit in other excursions later on in the day.

Being scared of heights I was a little worried but this was great. Very focused on safety but not to the point scare you. Our pilot was experienced the ground crew very professional. Being of mature age the crew were always there to offer any assistance , needed or not. We were lucky that the wind took us out over were the camel races were being held, the desert was always changing, wild gazelles running over the sand. The inflight falcon show a real treat, Ziggy was very impressive. Breakfast following the flight at the Bedouin camp was really good. So glad we did it and will be a lifelong memory.

Wonderful experience. Instructions are given before takeoff and before landing. Caption was very nice. Staff even took pictures and video in case you get worried you may loose your phone. One staff member even offered my son his coat when he perceived he was cold.
