- All participants must sign an indemnity form before the ride
- Any damage, injuries, or items lost during the ride are not covered by insurance and are the participant's responsibility. Carry your Emirates ID, if you are from Emirates and bring Passport if you are a foreigner. Personal belongings should be placed in the locker room.

We recently booked three jet skis for this experience, and we had an incredible time! The customer service was top-notch; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable and prepared before we set off. The jet skis themselves were new and very fast. The whole experience was well organised and a fantastic way to see Dubai from the water. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an adventure!

The tour guide was great too, will definitely book with them again when I come back. Had such a fantastic experience and this was made just perfect by the guide. We went in October and it’s now January and I can’t stop recommending this to people. The perfect end to our trip.

It was a nice experience. We did wait a bit for them to get things ready but Naira emphasized safety, was taking all kind of videos and pictures you wanted him to take as well. 10/10 highly recommend, even if you’re a little afraid of water. It’s a safer way to go far out to the ocean/ sea.

It was good, just be mindful that you need to go really fast to the Burj Al Arab otherwise you will run out of time, if you are inexperienced just think about that. The juices are a good detail since you end up dehydrated

Booked our first jet ski experience with Ocean Air, who were excellent. Provided precise details on what to expect and where to meet including a map and google location. Nirah, who took us out was very good. Explained everything whilst keeping it simple for us beginners. Would recommend Ocean air 👍🏻

The guide who was from Cameroon I believe was excellent. He made the experience worth doing it again.
However, there is a hole in the desk's floor before entering the jet ski. Someone could really damage their food and ankle.

Getting thrown off the jetski was really a blast and the views from the ocean are amazing. The guides were fun to ride with and they weren’t shy on how fast we could go on the water.

This was an amazing experience. Everything was explained properly as to what we had to do. We had great pictures taken and were able to enjoy the whole time chilling out and having fun. Would definitely recommend this and will definitely come back next time.

This was so so amazing. It was my birthday and I was running late. The staff were super accommodating and made sure they could still fit me in. Bhasker, Naira and 1 other staff member (sorry I misplaced the name) calmed my nerves, were so friendly and made sure I was safe at all times.
They took amazing photos of me on the jet ski and the views were amazing. This place is very good and doing this in Dubai was amazing. I will definitely go back and recommend this to anyone. It was one of my best experiences in Dubai.

The tour guide was very nice. We never made to Burj Khalifa but I think it was because 5 out of six of us had never Jet skied before. It was still a great experience.

Nice people/tour guides, fun activity, would recommend. Felt very personalized as our guide took multiple photos and videos. Maybe do more than 30 minutes to go longer distance since they use a lot of the time taking photos/videos.
