- Jet Ski drivers should be 16 years and the minimum age to join this activity is 6 years.
- Travelers should have a strong physical fitness level to ride Jet Ski.
- All participants must sign an indemnity form before the ride
- Any damage, injuries, or items lost during the ride are not covered by insurance and are the participant's responsibility. Carry your Emirates ID, if you are from Emirates and bring Passport if you are a foreigner. Personal belongings should be placed in the locker room.
- Please collect your ID before leaving the site.
- Please bring your goggles along with the sunglasses

A:Absolutely! The pricing is per jetski. Each jetski can handle up to two people. If you are a party of two who want to share a jetski, please book for one adult. If you each would like your own jetski, please book for two.

Naira was an absolute legend — professional, fun, and made us feel completely comfortable on the water. He gave us plenty of time to play around, enjoy the ride, and really have fun, while still keeping everything safe. On top of that, he took amazing photos that captured the experience perfectly — seriously top-notch!

Had a Jetski booked and Bhaskar was my instructor and he was a great help for me especially it being my first time. Everything worked out and was fun. Just wish the water wasn't so choppy that say as well cloudy for the pics, so just be mindful of the weather. Of course nothing to do with them, still a great time

While the service was not available the whole daydue to bad weather, and this was knowm to the service provider from the morning, the app allowed us to book and pay normally for a slot. We were not notified about this, and we spend two precious hours in the Dubai traffic to come and go back from the harbour, missing precious time in our trip in Dubai. Moreover, while Viator indeed refunded us immediately after contacting them, the money needed 2 days to arrive, freezing in this way money that we could spend in other attractions in dubai. Rescheduling was never an option as this was our last day in Dubai.

Gave me wrong directions, then changed my time from one hour to 30 minutes wit 2 jetskis which was not what I booked for. They were very unhelpful and I plan on requesting a refund.

Bhaskar, Rapahel, Naira we’re all amazing host and guides. They showed me how to operate the jetski and made sure I was comfortable the whole ride. Bhaskar was the best photographer he made sure I got over 50 videos and pictures and they came out great. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience. Ski Jets are in a very good condition and are very powerful. The staff is kind and helpful. You will get a lot of pictures and unforgetable videos with Dubai panorama in the background including Burj Khalifa!! Well recommended!
