A:For solo riders, it cost 100 Dirham. For two guests using the same vehicle/double rider, it cost 150 Dirham. This can be paid directly to the local tour operator in cash or via card on the day of the tour.

It was a very nice trip to safari! And our guide Akhdai was very nice and proffesionel, the coolest way to ride the car! The Safari ride was very fun, and a good experience. The food was good, and the camel ride was amazing, under the beautiful sunset! Akhdai is the best guide for the tour!

Guide friendly but no guidance of what to expect
We where taken to a sand buggy place but there’s not on our plan so before we got to the place we had a hour there
It's a very nice experience recommended for people that like exotic places and meet different culture.

Was such a great trip with the driver very good . All the city attractions was super good and riding the bike super fun
It was very terrible all the yours. I can mentioned: old car, they give us not cold water, even we paid for VIP FOOD and we paid extra, but food was very bad and not enough hot. And during eating we was every 5 minutes distributed of some body, who was working with the the tours, they try to selling us somethings. We couldn’t eat the terrible food in peace.

The driver arrived almost on time. My friend and I were seated in the backmost seats of the 7-seater vehicle. It should be noted that these rear seats are meant for two people, but there were three of us crammed in the back. I was the one seated in the middle, and I was being painfully jabbed in the back, as three adults simply cannot fit comfortably in the rear seats.
When we finally arrived at the safari location, I informed the driver that I could not sit there any longer as it was hurting my back. He was extremely rude and uncooperative. Later, we rented ATVs, and the driver caused me to fall off the quad bike, resulting in a bad injury and massive bruising. I won't even comment on the fear I experienced, the panic attack I suffered in the 45-degree heat of the desert, and the sheer terror I felt.
The guide rushed us through everything, leaving us with no time to enjoy the experience at all. When we arrived at the location where we were supposed to have dinner and watch the show, we were informed of a VIP section. The difference between the VIP and the regular section was that in the VIP area, food would be served much earlier, it would be cooler, and we would have unlimited refreshments. However, they failed to inform us that by “refreshments,” they only meant Coca-Cola.
The henna, which was included in the price, was just a tiny sample; I didn't expect it to be that small. If you wanted something more substantial, you had to pay extra. The camel ride lasted barely five minutes. Everyone was trying to sell us something, to the point where it became exhausting.
I should also note that those who didn’t pay for the VIP section were served their food just before we left, and they were left sitting in the heat until then.
At the end of the activity, our guide decided to take us on an extra tour. When I requested a different driver because I no longer trusted him, he respected my request and arranged for a new driver.
I enjoyed my experience when I got there except we didn’t get to do shisha cause they rushed us out.
Food was terrible, total rip off when you got there to ride camels, photos etc total scam artists!!! I do not recommend
Great driver, friendly, punctual and service oriented. The place was not good, hygiene was not good and the food was bad.
Our guide was fabulous and we really enjoyed the experience however it is cheap for a reason .... There are lots of optional extras which add up to more than twice the original cost ... Of course you don't have to do them but be aware! I totted the potential extra bits and it was over 250 AED per person

The company connected for the tour before the time. After a few hiccups, the driver picked up the guests and there after all went fine. Overall good experience.
This was a terrible experience and ruined my family's trip to Dubai as we were looking forward to this. The company put us with another group with group with another package without informing us. We wasted over 4 hours getting to the Quad location where they harassed us to buy, when we refused, they made us wait for the other group. It was very dark before we reached the camp and only caught the tail end of show. We did not experience the what was included in the package. The driver was very rude and the company has not responded to our complaint. It was a total scam!!
Worst experience I ever had. This is a proper tourist scam. Me and my partner were cramped in a 7 seater SUV with another 5 adults and 2 infant, it wasn't even legal to drive. We had to wait 2 hours at a quad bike track in which we were not interested. Then the desert safari lasted less than 10 minutes , but it was already night time by the time we got to the dunes so not much to experience. Then we were taken to a camp full of people, struggling to make benefit of any of the activities included. Some of the shows are really dull. The food is buffet style but we didn't dare to taste due to hygiene concerns. At the end we had to wait 45min in a queue just to be able to exit the camp.So please take care of your money and time and book a private tour. This is more than a tourist trap. Camel ride is a joke - 2 min round circle.
Please don’t waste your time here. If you are not quad biking then you won’t get any activity until 6:30. Sand bashing was not at sunset but in complete darkness. There’s no henna or sand surfing, the driver is terrible at communication. Most importantly this is not a 4 hour activity pick up was supposed to be at 2 pm but the driver was late for an hour and a half and we got dropped off at 9:30.

Positive: pick up & drop off was on time. Driver was friendly & approachable. Car was comfortable.
Negative: Dune bashing was only 15 minutes long. Camel ride was only 5 minutes long. At the camp - starters was 1 cold samosa and a few pieces of cold potato pakoras with ketchup on the side. At dinner, there was limited meat & chicken BBQ. Everyone was served only 3 pieces and told to rejoin the queue if wanting more. Soft drinks came with the dinner only and the option was pepsi. Only 2 pepsi bottles allowed at a time, for my family of 6, I had to go back 3 times.
We have done this trip previously, but this time, things did not feel too run as smoothly. Having to change cars, before going in and out of the desert. Also felt as if we had been pushed into hiring sand buggies, because the guide made us feel that we would not be dune bashing. Which we did. Also we were not offered sand boarding, even though it did say it was included in the price.
It was a very magical experience, WhatsApp from a hotel enjoyed a lovely ride to the desert where we rode on quad bikes for an extra charge road on the camel ride very quickly and ate dinner in the desert watched a fire breathing show and danced and then we got back to the hotel. It was a lovely experience.

The tour was great but be aware of selling up.They will ask if you want a longer camel ride or VIP seating.
Only issue with this tour was transport to the Desert. No communication re pick up and timing. The Drivers didn't seem to speak English and it seemed like we could have been taken anywhere. They need to deal with this issue as other passengers were very concerned where they were being taken!
They advertised a camel ride which was 30 seconds on a camel. When we got there they sold us an upgrade. We paid extra for VIP experience otherwise we had to wait line up for food and again to get our soft drinks and were not able to eat until the show started.
Show and food was average. We were also told we had to pay extra for a hotel pick up however when talking with other guests they said it was included in their price and we all paid similar prices.
Wouldn’t do it again.

The camel ride was very short and the sand boarding as well (since the dune was quite short for that and you couldn’t slide smoothly at all). And nobody was there to accompany, but a person there helped! People were really nice.
The show was amazing! And the dune bashing was nice, it was 12 minutes though.

The tour sounded really great but reality was much different. It was a constant attempt to sell more. The first stop was 30 minutes at a quad bike place where it cost to go for a few minutes ride. We then went for a very short 4th ride in some sand dunes before going to the adventure park The camel ride was for 1 minute, extra if you wanted a few minutes. The sand boarding was hopeless as there was no real slope. The tour guide dropped us at the camp with no information on what to do or where to go. Again there was another attempt to get more money. If we paid more we could eat now and have a proper seat. If not it was a two hour wait and sitting on the ground on a cushion. Then a long, long queue for what was advertised as a bbq but was a tiny plate of dry, greasy and totally cold fried food. There were 7 people in the group and no one ate anything. We asked to leave early as the children were hungry and the guide got angry and arranged for someone else to drive us back. This was a really disappointing tour, and not what any of the people on it was expecting!

The tour itself would have been great if not for several things that occurred before and during the activity. The driver was late, so he did not do the dune surfing the way other drivers have done for us in the past. He sped along the sand to drop us off as quickly as possible and get other people because he was late. They did not take us to the center of the desert for the photo shoot that was supposed to be done and was part of the package. Due to Ramadan (this was not their fault) they skipped over the belly dancing and the event was shorter than normal. Again, the latter was not their fault, but it was disappointing all the same.
