Itinerary

Begin with pickup at your Dubai hotel, then travel into the desert on board an air-conditioned 4WD vehicle.

Make the most of the trip through the sand by dune bashing along the way—roaring up the side of the steep sand hills and accelerating back down to the flats. Pause in the sand for a photoshoot with a professional photographer, then continue towards the camp, where you have free time to enjoy the sunset over the desert.

Try out a more traditional form of desert travel by hopping on a camel ride, then get a traditional henna tattoo in the camp.

Sit down to a barbecue dinner buffet with unlimited soft drinks, then dine as you watch a live show—see belly dancers and tanoura (folk dance) performers take the stage.

At the end of the dinner and show, make the return trip to Dubai in the 4WD vehicle.

This tour concludes with drop-off at your Dubai hotel.

Dune Bashing in the Desert

I would rate the trip three out of five stars. The actual trip to the Sand Dunes and dinner show with barbecue was well worth the value. However, the driver really did not speak English and never introduced himself. He really couldn't answer any of our questions. For example, we traveled to another emirate for the Barbecue dinner and show and he really gave us no information about The sites we were passing. He was an excellent driver and the Dune Bashing was really quite fun and felt very safe. Also, they gave us a time window of 2 o'clock until 2:30 to be in the lobby for the pick up As it stated he would not wait for more than five minutes once he arrived. We arrived five minutes early and he never arrived till two thirty five. After that, we went to pick up a another couple and we waited for at least fifteen minutes for them. MK

Dear Guest, Sorry to hear about your experience. To mention that safari guides are trained to provide the information about the safari tour only. Not about the city. And to correct the safari desert camp is not in other Emirates it is inside Dubai only. About the pick up timings punctuality being sharing pick up it is possible to get a delay of 5-10 minutes for vehicle to come subject to traffic conditions. it is a sharing tour with other guests. i would better recommend next time you can book a private tour not sharing. because sharing means there are other guests on board. And we accommodate all pick ups according to the schedules and guests showing up for their pick up. Thank you Daytur Tourism

we were told this was one of the things to do . They were right. From our excellent driver,the desert safari adventure, topped off by the great dinner with entertainment. Don't disappoint yourself for not doing it.

The camp activity dosed not matched the desired requirement, sitting was provided by camp management very far from stage and the quality of food were very bad even the BBQ were not fresh.

We received the following response from the supplier of your tour: The sitting area of the camp is next to the stage in the Desert Camp and from all the places it is easy watch for all the guests. Regarding the food issue guests mentioned please note that whole food for desert camp is getting prepared on the spot. We do not provide old (not fresh) food at all in our camp to our valuable guests.
