HOTEL TRANSFER ( PICK UP) IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE OPTION SELECTED • If TICKET only option selected - please make own arrangement to "At the Top, Burj Khalifa" ticket counter, located on the lower ground level in The Dubai Mall, opposite the food court. • Please note that the "At the Top, Burj Khalifa counter", Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are all part of the same complex. • Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks or look for signage indicating the direction to the Burj Khalifa. • Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays. • If Ticket + Transfer option selected - The time you have selected will be Burj Khalifa visit time and hotel pick up will be 01 hours prior to the selected visit time. • The Hotel pickup is only available from hotels in Dubai – Deira / Bur Dubai / Downtown / Al Barsha/Marina /Jumeirah / Palm Jumeirah area and Dubai Port Rashid Cruise Terminal and Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal. - You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.
- Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
- Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new time slot… a new time slot closest to your initially requested time subject to availability”

Due to the war in the Middle East, we were unable to travel to Dubai. We requested a refund for our entry tickets to the Burj Khalifa. This was denied and the company was unsympathetic and unhelpful in my opinion.
We were advised by our government not to travel to Dubai so therefore could not use our tickets.
I would not recommend this company.

Despite pre-booked time, we waited for 3 hours to get to the 124 floor and 1 hour to get back. Viator sent also confusing instructions.

We booked this experience for my 70th birthday. We arrived ahead of our 530pm time but we were greeted with an extremely long queue. Even the fast track were queuing .We eventually got up to the top at 6.50 but by then it was then dark. We queued for over 30 mins to return to bottom as we had booked restaurant at 8pm. The whole point of this visit was to see the sunset!
An extremely disappointing experience for my wife as I had previously visited with no problems. Will not return

Do not buy tickets from Orient Tours! This was a scam. They charged extra for the golden hour, send me voucher saying make sure you there for 6pm but when I got to Bhurj Khalifa, there was no such a thing. At the location it’s same price from 9am to 9pm. When I msged the agent who sent me voucher regarding it, the answers I got was ask them in the front. That’s all! No other reply or help. I was trying to work with the front desk but they said because I bought from 3rd party, they can’t help. Felt helpless. It’s 6 30 and I am still in a 2+ hour line up.. do not buy from this company!
it is a must see place once you visit Dubai. You need extra cash for the photos if you want a professional one

Our tickets were for 10.30 on a Tuesday (early December) and we queued for a good 30-40 minutes before reaching the top viewing platform, so factor that in.
It is obviously very crowded so getting to a window to take pictures isn't easy.
The View is also very dependant on weather as the haze means you don't see that far out.

Be prepared for along queue. We waited over an hour even though we had a time slot with our ticket. The views are amazing but avoid busy times ie lunch time onwards.

I went to see the Burj Khalifa view in the evening, and while the view itself is incredible, the experience getting there was quite tiring. Even though my entry time was around 5:30 PM, it took almost two and a half hours to actually reach the top because of how crowded it was — I didn’t get to the viewing deck until about 8 PM.
The queues were very long, and by the time I got through, I felt quite exhausted. If you plan to go, I’d really recommend booking an earlier slot in the day or a weekday visit when it’s less busy.
Once you finally get to the top, though, the city lights and skyline are breathtaking — definitely a once-in-a-lifetime view, but worth planning carefully to avoid the crowds.

It's really a must do but make sure you get a ticket well in advance. We used Viator but the tour operator sent us the wrong tickets so we had to buy a set there. Thankfully, it's off season so tickets were available.
The Burj is located at the Dubai Mall which is also a must visit for people watching and to experience the decadence. Staff were great and although it's crowded, it's well maintained.
The views are just spectacular. The viewfinders show daytime, Nighttime... And what it looked like 10 years ago views.

Taxi collected us on time and picked up punctually, friendly Pakistani helpful drivers, professional and all in suits.
Now the main attraction SIMPLY FANTASTIC! You have to do this in your lifetime- It was better than the pyramids in Egypt for me! Just incredible, then go down and watch the amazing fountain show for free!
We went at 6pm so massive queue to get in the lofts (which are on there own amazing) but you have to do it to get up there. Toilets and refreshments available but I’d take a bottle of water up.

Don’t go during the day, Dubai lights up at night and the beauty will be seen then.
That said, expensive for the experience.
Took about 30-40 minutes to queue up before I even made it to level 124, the elevator ride itself was cool, took 1minute.
Spent maybe 20 minutes walking around and taking pictures form the deck (I was dragging my feet), had to queue up again for go back down (maybe another 20-30minutes)
If you have to go, go at night.
I went for the sake of going, in retrospect I should have chosen the slide tour or the edge walk.

Be prepared to wait for hours to get to the top. Took us 4 hours in the queue which was very claustrophobic at times. Recommend going in super off peak times to avoid this

Queuing was awful. Takes forever to get up the tower and then it took us two hours of queuing to get out.

An experience never to be repeated wasn’t worth the money, time or effort. The queuing system was chaotic and the staff poorly trained in customer service skills

It was 3.5 hours to get to the top, very unorganized and horrible experience. There was no place to sit for the kids, no place to get water. Staff was not helpful at all. Poor families with kids and elderly were miserable.

Worst decision to visit on Christmas Day. Horrible wait times. Long lines. No proper information. Terrible experience.
