This was an exciting and quick visit inside of the Dubai frame. The history before you go up was very interesting.

Aware: this providers tickets did not work when we arrived at the Dubai frame. It was over an hour hassle when we got there to reach someone, understand them, and try to get a resolution. The woman who worked at the Dubai frame had to help resolve the issue with the tickets we got from Viator and this vendor.

The operator/agent gave us wrong tickets. We got unnecessary delayed because of the wrong tickets. The place was very full on the 31st December 2024.

When a voucher is issued you must visit a redemption counter to get the actual tickets to enter the experience. The staff at the location are very put off with you using a “third party” to purchase tickets. They made a huge deal about it, pulled us to the side, made phone calls. Insisted I open WhatsApp and contact Viator before they would allow us to enter. We were on a guided tour that was delayed because the tour guide could not get the tickets. It was quite embarrassing.

Nothing wrong with the frame, however the operator communication could have been better, and since Im reviewing Its worth noting that you may get bundled in with another couple / group family in the same transport (if you select the transfer option) not a huge issue TBH, but knowing this before hand so an informed decision can be made makes sense. Finally, and probably the biggest issue is that viator issue a "ticket to get a ticket" if that makes sense, and on the viator ticket it says (in caps) "THIS IS NOT YOUR ENTRANCE TICKET"
I saw this and hunted high and low for the actual ticket, and when I couldn't find it on the Viator site, I messaged the operator. They responded to all my questions, except the one about the ticket. As such I went half expecting to be turned away by the frame staff. In the event, it appears the frame staff deal with "tickets" like this all the time and we were allowed in, however, communication from the operator could have made this clear. Instead, they chose to remain silent, which is disappointing, to say the least. My advice would be to get tickets from the official website, and just get a taxi from wherever you are staying. I opted for this tour operator because I thought it would reduce hassle and complication.... I was wrong.

Extremely slow moving line, stuck for shouts decided to leave without visiting it in the end. No shade in the line either.bar organisation overall and the best thing to see is the outside anyway.

Long queue.
Wasted a long time because the ticket bought through Viator does not have bar code. So Viator ticket was not accepted by the security.

The company made the entrance really seamless by having the tickets printed out with the QR codes visible for the attendants to scan. This has not been a common practice for a lot Viator vendors which can cause delays upon entering the venue. Outstanding service and great communication keeping the customer informed at all times.

Scam artists. Rayna Tourism sold me a used ticket. Got to Dubai frame and they said the ticket had already been used. Tried to contact them and Viator and had no help. Requested full refund and they tried to gas light me.

Line is too long. Spent 1.5 hours in line to get in.
The nature of the activity and the price don’t correlate. It’s just too expensive for such a simple activity.

We had a major issue with this booking. We booked for a specific time at 5pm however when we arrived at the attraction there was a queue for 120 minutes outside of the Dubai Frame building. I have picture evidence of the 120 minute wait time. As you know, we booked this as a family tour with a 6 year old and a 6 month baby so it was inconceivable for us to wait outside for 120 mins in the Dubai heat. Therefore we had to abandon the tour and were not able to benefit from this. This is incredibly disappointing as we had looked forward to this unique opportunity in a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for our family which has now been lost. We booked this tour 3 months prior to the event and have been left empty handed.

It's a tall frame with a view of old and new Dubai. Interesting part is the museum which shows the past before going up to the upper deck and the vision of the future of Dubai which ties into the whole theme of past and future. Overall a nice experience for the price.

We are in the queue for 90 min, but that’s fine, but on the door we find out that we don’t have a tickets for some reason ! Viator don’t care , we need to contact to the provider directly! That was very upseting. Yes! The frame is worth to visit but not with you guys sorry

This is a perfect solo trip to see Old and New Dubai. Depending on the line, you can do this in less than 1.5 hours. I did it in 45 minutes.

This is a must do experience in Dubai. The elevator ride is quick and not over crowded so that helps if someone is claustrophobic. Do this experience, it's amazing!!

The tour experience was smooth. If your interested to find the history and present state of Dubai then this is for you. The future of Dubai section was not up to my expectation but can differ from person to person. For that I would advise to take on the museum of the future experience, which is also a must one time visit.
