  • Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
  • Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

Don’t bother

Don’t book it . It’s disorganised , there’s hoards of people and queuing and unless you go straight to reception to get a fast track badge you will be queuing for hours . There is no organisation whatsoever. The stewards are stressed and cannot help given the hoards of tourists . I had to wade through queues and queues of ppl once given my fast track ticket ( no separate queue for fast track ) which annoyed ppl already queuing) then to be met by a steward at the end of the queue where we had to explain everything again . The meal was average and chicken tasted processed . What was supposed to be a 20th wedding anniversary meal was nothing but stress and disappointment. The waiters indicated this happens all the time as no one communicates with each other ! If this happens then why not do something about it ! Poor effort by Viator and their agents as neither are providing a refund blaming eachother . Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and don’t book ! Awful companies to deal with .

Completely disorganized, non communicative and lack of guidance. Find a better option who can guarantee these things. We met another couple who bought the same package and they were incredibly disappointed too. Spend your money elsewhere.

The dinner was good with a great view of the tower and fountain show. Way too much waiting in line to go up and not much to see at nighttime looking down. I'd recommend a daytime visit to actually see Dubai. Also very crowded at the observation deck.

Waste of time - don’t recommend

More than 3hrs waiting in the queue for 15 mins on the 124th floor and then more waiting to come back down and have a lack lusture meal and then buy drinks. The view is spectacular, but be prepared to spend at least half a day for the experience.

Whoever listed the voucher on Viator has horrible Communication skills. We’re sitting at the reception at the mall and can’t get the tickets. The vendor then gets contacted via 6 phone calls and a message and does NOT respond. When the tickets were finally made available, the restaurant was closed and we missed the dinner. You should NEVER host anyone or sell anything if you don’t respond to communication. This by the way needs to be refunded

I booked the Burj Khalifa with lunch, got my confirmation, and even received a reference number. Everything looked perfect… until we reached the entrance. With my family of five, we were stopped, asked for a QR code I never received, and told to step out of line. Embarrassing and frustrating. I called Viator, and after a back-and-forth, a lady on WhatsApp first promised to send the code, then within two minutes said there was a “technical issue” and told me to just buy new tickets directly. No apology. No explanation. Just a last-minute cancellation. Because of this delay, my entire schedule was thrown off. We had other plans lined up, and I even missed the sunset at the dunes, something I had been looking forward to. Instead of enjoying our day, we were left outside stressed, out of pocket, and waiting for a refund that will take 5–7 business days.

At The Top and Restaurant

We found the To The Top ticket collection point on the LG floor of the Dubai Mail and redeeming the voucher was easy. There was about a 15 minute wait to get the lift to the top. The views just after sunset were fantastic with Dubai under it's street and building illumination there are plenty of photo opportunities. The downside to the trip was the approx hour plus wait for the lift to get back down, so depending on time of day be prepared for a slow crawl to the 2 lifts. The restaurant we booked on the 3rd floor food was great and attentive service from the staff was very nice to see.

Bought for myself and girlfriend at 10 am the day of with a reservation time of 730 pm for dinner and the 124th floor. Don’t buy if it’s orient tours. Tickets are not valid at location and they tell you to get in line with 500-1000 people and purchase again and wait.

AWFUL Tour to the 125th floor! Don’t do it!

Burj Club dinner was lovely but tour to 124 & 125th floor of Burj Khalifa was a torture! One of the worst experiences of our life. Backward, poorly organized, no help or facilities for senior citizens. I will not be recommending this to anyone. No water, no seating for the long lines. Absolutely AWFUL. There was no prior explanation or communication of how long the lines would be. My father is a cancer survivor, had we known we would not have gone on this tour. For being the world’s tallest building, this was the most backward & poorly communicated & awful tour experience we’ve faced. Never again.

This place is very disorganized & regarless of the time on your reservation, you will be waiting in line for 90 to 120 minutes & no one letting you know what is going on. For the lunch, they tell you to go back to the front & then you have to walk all way back again to get to the restaurant. And the food there is not that great.

Worst experience in Dubai

Would not recommend generally, but especially NOT with your elderly parents. Did not expect to stand in line for 2 1/2 hours in line. And oh by the way, you stand in another line to take the elevator back down the tower. Once we were back down, the staff just told us to aimlessly wait and stand by the exit. Stood around for 1ins until another staff finally showed up. We showed up to the ticket counter around 7:20 pm, expecting to have our dinner at the “reserved” time of 7:30 pm, didn’t get to the restaurant until 10:30 at night. Everyone was so tired by the time we got up the tower, we can’t even remember if the view good or not. The food was okay but nothing special. Would not recommend to anyone! Just take a picture outside the tower, no need to go through that hell for a slightly better view than the hotel we were staying at.

The view from the 125th...

The view from the 125th floor of the Burj Khalifa is impressive, but the experience itself was disappointing. The process was not well-organized, with long lines just to get to the elevator. The restaurant was hot since their glass all around, and while the food was okay, it wasn’t anything special. The service at the restaurant was good, but overall, the experience didn’t feel worth it. I wouldn’t recommend booking a tour for this. Instead, you can go to Dubai Mall and purchase tickets directly at their desk and there is no wait. Also, when I contacted the agency via WhatsApp with a question, they never responded. Not worth the hassle.

Food was delicious. The restaurant is not on the 124/125 floor or inside. It’s attached and you walk through on the lower level to get there, a few floor high. Give yourself plenty of time to get to the top, the lines are long.

Many hours of queing for not much time at the top with so many others that you just wish you would be some where else. We had a diner at the roof top which made the experience somewhat better. Amazing view from the restaurant.

Expensive experience but an unforgettably positive one also

The view from the top was incredible and the dinner was very good. However, the ticketing process was a nightmare trying to understand the difference between tickets and vouchers. And if not for the concierge from my hotel I would have had to wait in line for at least 20 mins.

Even if they WhatsApp you the ticket you will have to wait in the line with a long queue. It took me an hour with my old parents which I messaged the operator, but they read my messages and never responded. After you get the physical ticket, wait in the long queue of security check, then wait to go to the upper floor. No one knows where dinner will be served and we are walking another 40 minutes inside the building. Finally reached the restaurant. The food was okay not great. But a whole lot better service than the organizer. Then we went to the 124th floor after eating and waiting again in the line. We met 2 more people who said the same thing, it was not worth it!

A great night out

After having read all the reviews we nearly cancelled this trip. So glad we didn’t. We only queued for about 10 minutes and made it to the top for sunset. Took some lovely photos. The dinner on the 3rd floor was great with amazing views overlooking the fountain show. A great experience
