Viator advertised that I would be picked up from my cruise ship by the five operator. I booked and paid for this excursion weeks in advance because I knew I wouldn't have internet for days before my arrival. When I arrived and found no one there for me, I relied on a kind soul who let me use their hotspot. That is when I received notification from the dive shop that they expected me to meet them at "the tugboat." It was over 30 mins away and would have cost me $50 each way by taxi. In the end I found out that Viator had passed on NONE of my information to the dive shop. This happened at my next stop in Aruba as well. I was not able to dive with them in Cuaraçao and lost my payment.

Bjorn was our guide and wonderful! The 1st dive was fantastic! We saw a lot of beautiful fish and other sea life! The only reason I didn't give 5star rating is because we were not advised prior to purchase or the first dive that a diving certification is required. But were then not allowed to participate in the 2nd dive. Bjorn told us we did fantastic for only having our intro cerr. but he could not allow us to do the second dive. We paid for 2 dives, but only did 1. I would not have booked this if it listed this requirement.
