Our driver was prompt and courteous! He reached out with a photo of where he was waiting for us before we even had gone through baggage claim and took us directly to our hotel in a safe manner.

Excellent communication regarding my driver's info and pickup instructions were sent the day before my arrival. Juli was prompt and friendly. Joaquin reached out to make sure everything went well with the transfer and kindly picked me up for a last-minute trip from dinner. He shared wonderful restaurant recommendations, facts about the island, and made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. Seamless! Joaquin connected with us before we landed and gave detailed instructions on where to meet him. He tracked our flight and had cold bottled water which was much appreciated. Loved the friendly service and he shared details about Curacao on the ride. We booked a return transfer.

Sue, very nice woman and made it seamless to get from the airport to the hotel.
Joaquin, a liar and scammer. My friend paid him in cash and tried to say my friend didn’t 3 days later. Please understand, he picked us up the next day from the liquor tour and didn’t mention any of this. She gave him $20, $10, $5 and a $10 tip. He only remembered the tip. How can she leave the cab without him taking a payment, which makes no sense! Due to his actions and lie, I wouldn’t recommend. I would say call 24/7 cab service out there!

Very good communication. They give specific information about where to expect the driver to wait for you. The driver also reached out to me the day of and wanted us to tell him when we landed so he can pull up to the airport and wait for us. The driver I had, Leroy, sent me a picture of himself so I know who to look for and he was a gentleman. He took my bags, told us how long of a drive it would be, and took our hands to help us get down the van. Very lovely guy!

Dani was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable when it came to pointing out the history and the main attractions of Curacao. Even though it was a short trip from the airport to the hotel, it started our vacation off on a high note. If you need a ride be sure to call Dani.

Joaquin and his wife Danielle were the absolute BEST!!!. Our flight to Curacao was delayed by 5 hours, however Joaquin stayed in contact with me every step of the way and was monitoring our flight for when it landed. As soon as we passed Customes he was there waiting. They were our transportation and mini guide throughout our stay. As a Travel Agent, for any of my customers traveling to Curacao, I would highly recommend, if available. 20 out of 10 experience!

We had an excellent experience with our private airport transfer in Curaçao. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by several hours, but Dani and her team, including Joaquin and Roland, were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process.
What impressed me most was their communication. Despite the delays, they stayed in contact with us, monitored our flight status, and kept us updated, which made a stressful travel day much easier. When we finally arrived, Roland was waiting for us right outside the terminal exactly as promised, making it very easy to find our ride.
Roland was kind, professional, and a safe driver. After a long day of travel, it was a relief to be greeted by someone so friendly and welcoming. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.
I truly appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service provided by Dani and her team. In fact, I was so pleased with the experience that I booked my return airport transfer with them as well. I'm sorry is it me expecting too much or should the driver be positioned where visitors are arriving maybe with a sign with your name on it. Arriving in a new country without have a local simm chip to communicate leaves me with few options to communicate with the driver. Due to a kindness of an individual who gave me internet a cess, I was able to communicate either my driver who told me I should be at the "assigned" meeting place. A new visitor at and unfamiliar airport doesn't know where the assigned meeting place is. It seems to me to be a simple thing to be where at an entrance where all travelers depart and to be there at the time stated and plane arrival is scheduled or do they do things different in Curacao? He expected me to contact him when i arrived....really? He expects everyones phone to operate perfectly when arriving from a different country. Also I detected a driver attitude all the way to my destination like it was somehow my fault. Sorry, never again with a Viator shuttle. In the future, I'll take my chances with taxi drivers who may be more expensive but who are usually there and have no expectations on what you should know.

This was well worth the money. We got off the plane, got our bags and went right to our ride to our resort. Joaquin was very professional and patient. He texted me the day before to confirm our trip and I didn’t look at my text. We had been on a plane the day of and he called after not hearing back from us. Joaquin provided us with information about our stay and was so very friendly. He and his family, to include his wonderful granddaughter, returned to give us our bag that was unfortunately left in the van. His granddaughter was a delightful surprise and considers herself the boss. She apologized profusely for the mistake. So sweet! Not often you find such genuine and honest people.
