Joaquin was prompt, professional, and very kind. He checked in the day before to provide his information and kept in contact with us until we arrived. His vehicle was clean and spacious. We truly appreciated the cold waters. I definitely plan to use him in the future and also recommend his services!

We were picked up by Christy and she was amazing. It was so nice after that flight to be greeted with her smile. She was there waiting for us right where she said she would be. I'm definitely using Viator again

It was not as planned. They did not pick us up at the time they said they would be there. They sent a message stating that somebody would be waiting for us near bar 22 with a sign that had our name on it. No one there finally 30 minutes later someone called and we had to go outside and look for a Van.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that your arrival transfer did not meet the standard we strive to provide.
As soon as we realized there would be a delay, we immediately sent you an apology through the Viator chat, which unfortunately was the only communication method available, as it was your preferred method. Since the day of your reservation, we had suggested using WhatsApp, as it is our preferred way to communicate with arriving guests because messages are received much faster. We also attempted to reach you by SMS but did not receive a reply.
We fully acknowledge that we arrived late. According to our vehicle's GPS tracker, the delay was 10 minutes, and it was caused by an unexpected mechanical issue when the vehicle's V-belt broke while on the way to the airport. While unforeseen, we understand how frustrating any delay can be after a long journey, and for that we are truly sorry.
We would also like to clarify that our offer of a complimentary return airport transfer was never intended to discourage you from posting an honest review. It was simply our way of showing how genuinely sorry we were for the inconvenience and our desire to make things right. That offer still stands, and we would be honored to provide your return transfer at no cost if you choose to accept it. Meanwhile, since our service did not meet your exoectations and we were late, we have requested a refund for your incoming transfer via Viator.
We truly value every guest who places their trust in us, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving. We wish you a wonderful stay in Curaçao and hope we have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

Great experience. Joaquin was very friendly, timely and helpful for our visit where he provided good suggestions. His communication prior to pick up was great! We were lucky to have him both experiences. I would recommend.

Our driver was prompt and courteous! He reached out with a photo of where he was waiting for us before we even had gone through baggage claim and took us directly to our hotel in a safe manner.

Excellent communication regarding my driver's info and pickup instructions were sent the day before my arrival. Juli was prompt and friendly. Joaquin reached out to make sure everything went well with the transfer and kindly picked me up for a last-minute trip from dinner. He shared wonderful restaurant recommendations, facts about the island, and made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. Sue, very nice woman and made it seamless to get from the airport to the hotel.
Joaquin, a liar and scammer. My friend paid him in cash and tried to say my friend didn’t 3 days later. Please understand, he picked us up the next day from the liquor tour and didn’t mention any of this. She gave him $20, $10, $5 and a $10 tip. He only remembered the tip. How can she leave the cab without him taking a payment, which makes no sense! Due to his actions and lie, I wouldn’t recommend. I would say call 24/7 cab service out there!

Very good communication. They give specific information about where to expect the driver to wait for you. The driver also reached out to me the day of and wanted us to tell him when we landed so he can pull up to the airport and wait for us. The driver I had, Leroy, sent me a picture of himself so I know who to look for and he was a gentleman. He took my bags, told us how long of a drive it would be, and took our hands to help us get down the van. Very lovely guy!
