After your cruise ship docks in Curacao's port, meet your local guide for a transfer to the boat shop (if option selected).
Listen to an orientation and safety briefing, then board your Jet Ski. Select whether you want to have one or two people on the Jet Ski and upgrade to include a snorkel tour if you wish.
Set off and follow your guide over the turquoise waters. Enjoy great views of Curacao's tropical coastline from your marine vantage point, passing small islands, coves, beaches, and bays. See luxurious mega-yachts and a vacation home belonging to the Queen of the Netherlands.
On the way back to your starting point, if the option is selected, stop to snorkel in the crystal-clear waters, where you can spot several marine species including fish and live corals.
Return to the boat shop and board your ground transportation for transfer back to the cruise port.

This Jet Ski Tour with Adventure Tours Curaçao was the highlight of our trip. If you’ve ever wanted to ride the waves yourself while taking in the gorgeous coastline, coves, and bays of Curaçao, this is the experience to book. The southern coastline is stunning, and seeing it from the water makes it even more unforgettable.
Our guides — Cayne, Joshua, and Senna — were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire group feel comfortable right from the start. Their teamwork and enthusiasm made the tour even more fun.
The ride itself was the perfect mix of excitement and scenery. The Jet Skis were in great condition, the route was beautiful, and the pace was perfect whether you’re a beginner or more experienced.

I had a really fun experience on my jet ski tour with Adventure Tours. Overall, the tour was enjoyable and definitely exciting. The only downside for me was that it felt a bit nerve-wracking at times because we went out into the open sea, and the water was quite rough with strong waves.
As a beginner, I was pretty nervous, and I think a bit more explanation or guidance from the instructor would have helped me feel more comfortable. That said, it was still a great experience, and the atmosphere was fun and friendly. I’m glad I did it!

I called 3 different phone numbers trying to get clear instructions on port pick up - no answers to my voice mails -Went to the Curacao port to look for a bus - port is under renovations - two light pole holes were left empty - I stepped in one - needed stitches - had to pay $1,000.00 to Princess for med bill. I am requesting a $125.00 return fee for missed excursion - Communication was poor

I recently took a jet ski tour with this company, and it was by far the worst I have ever experienced. The issues began at the very start: my booking confirmation stated that we would be picked up from the cruise port at 8:50 AM for a 9:30 AM tour. By 9:00 AM, after multiple calls, I finally received a response—and over a month later, I am still awaiting clarification about the pick-up (screenshot attached). We were eventually picked up by Josh, who was pleasant, but 40 minutes later than the time stated in the booking confirmation.
The tour itself was extremely unsafe. After only two minutes on my jet ski, while still in the marina area, the dashboard displayed a warning: “engine high temperature – overheating.” I immediately alerted the guide, who dismissed it with “sometimes the jet skis have these messages – don’t worry.” I asked for a replacement jet ski, noting that several were unused, but my request was ignored. Meanwhile, the other three people in my group and the guide sped off, leaving me behind. My jet ski would not go above 14 km/h, while theirs reached 40 km/h. At points, I could barely see the group ahead.
The waves were high, and water splashed heavily over me. Having previous jet skiing experience, I have never felt unsafe, but this tour genuinely frightened me. The guide failed to monitor participants properly, which is a serious safety concern.
Eventually, we entered calmer waters at the Sandals Resort, only for my jet ski to cut out completely and fail to restart. The guides attempts to contact the office were unsuccessful (surprise, surpise). I asked if I could get a taxi back, but was told it was “difficult” to get one—despite being at a busy holiday resort. I was ultimately towed back to the office (photos attached), delaying the rest of the group’s tour.
When I returned to dry land, I attempted to speak to the manager. Josh went to fetch him but the manager (Paul) never appeared. I had to locate the manager in the office myself. I politely asked if he was the manager & advised I’d had an issue with the jet ski. He rudely looked me up & down & said “ so I’ve heard” I explained what had happened, he then started speaking to the guide & shouting in dutch .
The manager, Paul, responded aggressively, accusing me of “blackmail” for asking for compensation. He repeatedly changed his proposed “resolution” and eventually presented a written agreement stating that I could receive a refund only if I agreed not to post a negative review online. We went round in circles for a while, Paul was the manager & owner, however he claimed to only be the manager, we were informed this was a lie. I explained that we were short on time (as tour had started later than planned) and we had to get back to ship. Paul kept changing his ‘compensation offers’ He then appears from office with a notebook & pen. Paul wrote out a ‘contract’ for me to sign that read something like “we have agreed that a refund will be given, on the basis of no negative reviews being left online". I was shocked! THIS IS BLACKMAIL. I refused this offer, however it made me wonder how many times he has done this & people have accepted. Paul never once apologised for my bad experience, very poor customer service.
The following day, I received a WhatsApp message from the guide’s personal number, which I had not consented to have shared. He again offered a refund if I refrained from leaving a negative review, raising serious privacy concerns (screenshot attached).
Lastly, the company appears to operate under two names—Adrenaline Tours and Adventure Tours—which seems suspicious.
In short: poor service, unsafe equipment, delayed pick-up, no support during a breakdown, aggressive and unethical management, and serious privacy violations. Save your money and book with a different company.

Dear Guest, we know your case. You were going with Kayne who is a licensed experienced guide. For pickup you need to contact us which was not done 24 hours before the start of the tour. When you called we arranged pickup so you would not end up as a know show. Also you asked if 2 more friends could be fitted in in the tour last minute.
You went on the water. You said you had jetskis experience yet when the guide came to you because you were going slow, you told him the water splashes caused you to go slower because you had water coming in your eyes. Unfortunately at that moment you didn't mention the guide of any message in your screen, and he was of the opinion that water in your eyes made you go slower. What normally takes 8-10 minutes took 25 minutes drive because you were staying behind. All the time the guide had visual contact with you and he did come back at least twice.
When after 25 minute your jetski engine stopt, the guide towed you back to the office. We offered to go out again on the tour but you said you had no time and wanted a refund, you discussed 20 minutes about the refund, time that we could have been on the tour.
Next we offered you your refund of the jetski, but you wanted a refund for the whole group.
You were given the option to do a new tour which you refused, you got the refund and yet being compensated you wished to write half the real story.
We trust that we will continue giving many more guest great and safe tours and there is no need to pretend to have experience as guides will adjust the tours to what the guest can, just as the guide did with you.

It was funny. I went with my wife March 2026. Lasted about 30/45 minutes ON the Jessi. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a tour because we didn’t really get knowledge about what we were looking at, but we did pass some cool things while in the jet skis.

It was the BEST just ski excursion by far, usually I’m not the one to go out in that ocean with 6ft waves on a small craft but I did and it was amazing! Stunning views in Spanish waters. Worth every penny

This was fun. The ride was long—we were on the jet ski for a whole hour—so it was worth the money.
Make sure you have goggles when you go. I didn’t, and the salty water kept getting in my eyes and almost ruined the experience. If you don’t have goggles, you can buy them there, but they’re overpriced.

It’s a guided tour. We had to follow the instructor and stay in a single file line. Not expected and not what we paid for. Paid for 2 jet skis but only received 1 jet ski with 2 seats.

This is a "guided" jet ski tour. I'm advanced with jet ski's, not a novice. The instructor have you follow in a single filed line the entire tour. I'm use to being given the distance guidelines and set free. This was weird.... So if you're looking for an "Exhilarating" experience... this isn't that! Period!

The Jet-Ski is the only saving grace of this review, but there were several other things that made this excursion not worth it in my opinion.
1) the pickup communication was terrible ❌ - we spent 20 minutes trying to find out where we would be picked up. This was extremely frustrating because the directions sent via the Viator messaging didn’t match where they were picking guests up. There also was no number to contact, only messaging. Had they not called me directly, we would’ve missed the excursion.
2) the roundtrip transportation ❌- there isn’t a van/shuttle or anything like that. Just an average SUV vehicle. This wasn’t a big deal until you’ve packed us in here with complete strangers as we are wet from the excursion and literally sitting packed shoulder to shoulder. Mind you, they charged us $20 PER PERSON for this.
3) Jet-Skis - this was the best part, but I don’t think it is worth the $125 price tag, plus the $20 for transport. It was my first time jet skiing, so the rough waters were pretty intense. Definitely something to keep in mind.
4) credit card - they made us put a credit card down for the jet skis. This is customary practice, but again, it wasn’t communicated.
All in all , I probably would not recommend this excursion, there’s quite a few things they need to tighten up. Our driver/guide was really nice though.

If you are looking to get out on the water and jet ski in a single file then this tour is for you. There wasn't much to see and our guide did not point anything out. We went by the Sandals Resort, saw lots of beautiful homes and then headed back to the dock where we started. A word of caution to those less experienced with a jet ski...the tour takes you out into the open ocean with sizeable swells before you get to the "lagoon" which is easy to navigate. They did not offer us water or snacks as indicated in their description. The tour guide, however, walked around eating fresh watermelon.

The day we went out it was a bit rough. Our jet ski was airborne multiple times. Would have preferred a calmer tour or being given the option. The only other ski out was our guide. That ski had a driver and passenger. Would have thought that the passenger on the guide ski should keep an eye on their customers. That didn’t happen rarely turning to check on us.

First time on a jet ski very likely not my last. Julian was a great guide and a lot of fun. This met all of my expectations and then some. We were able to go so fast that we were able to see more than most so if you can I’d recommend going full send on that jet ski. If you’re on the fence about sharing or riding separate I would definitely recommend riding separate. I believe that made the experience much more enjoyable. Worth the money and even though it’s listed at 45 minutes it’s so much fun that it felt longer than that. When I booked it I was hoping it wouldn’t go buy too quick and it certainly did not you will get your moneys worth.

Our group told them it was our first time ever jetskiing. There were no tutorials or detailed instructions, everything was rushed. We were in open water but they failed to let us know exactly how the water would be and what to expect. They gave us 1 specific rule and that was not to flip the jetski, nothing else. They had goggles to rent but we were not aware because we weren't told until AFTER our session was done - it would've been helpful considering all the water that was going into our eyes and not being able to see properly. One instructor was rushing our friends to go faster on the jetski knowing it was our first time and clearly we were uncomfortable to do so. We didn't stop to see any scenery or to take a break. Our group got separated, instructors did not slow down so that everyone can catch up to one another. An instructor who was way behind us cut our time short because he claimed we hit a floater when we didn't.

Dear guest, we are sorry to hear the tour was not as you expected. All other participants did fine. There were two thing: a)one persons in of your group was going out of the track to often causing risky situations, and he was taken out of the tour. 2)as you could not keep up with the group the guide decided to bring you back by an alternative route as you were going to slow. The group was split and you returned a bid earlier with your collegue who was causing the risky situations. Guides can decide to split up the group if guest go way slower then the rest of the group or are causing risky situations.

Please be aware if you’re not use to jet skiing in rough waters avoid this excursion. I reserved the two seater and I am so glad I did. I can’t imagine being solo trying to navigate through the choppy Waters. It was horrible. Once my husband and I got maybe 15 minutes out on the water it did become calm and that portion was slightly enjoyable, but then the thought of trying to make it back through the choppy waters cause me fear to where I couldn’t even enjoy the calm waters. Very very scary experience and there was no turning back. I did not like that. There was only one and he was way ahead, joy riding the entire time. They should have at least two, one in the back and one in the front. They should also go over more instructions in detail in case of an emergency or if someone was to fall off. My biggest fear is falling off and all that choppy water with all of those highwaves who would even see us? No hands signals no nothing to indicate fear or panic with the need to turn around.

This is a very exciting outing!!! I got there to the dock and couldn’t find a space to park. Once I did, I found I had parked in a prohibited location. One of the guys that works there told me where I could park. Once we walked into the office, everyone was cool. I had left my wallet in the car, so they asked for my phone as collateral and I gave it up. It’s a fair ask, I think. Once we got to the jet skis, I couldn’t screw my Go Pro into my chest bracket, so the young man took a few minutes helping me. Once we (me and my daughter) got on the jet ski, we were taken for the ride of a lifetime!! This wasn’t our first time on jet skis, but the young man took us far out into the ocean and we enjoyed every second of it!!! He was standing up on his jet ski, doing water slides sideways…lol…. I will never ever forget this activity. Watching the Go Pro video brings it all back. What a day!!!! A professional company and I will be back!!!
