A very nice day in Corfu. Everything was organized and crisp, and our tour guide Vasia (sp) did a great job of providing a commentary as we drove about the area. She was very clear about where we were going, what we were going to do, when to meet back up, and what our options were (ex. if you don't want to go on the boat trip, you can go swimming or hand out on the beach).
The boat trip to see the caves was fun - the water in Corfu is beautiful around the coastal area. I strongly suggest spending the 15 euros per person and going on the boat.
Old Town Corfu is beautiful - one of the prettiest ones we saw on our cruise of the Greek islands.
In summary: a very nice day on a well-orchestrated tour of Corfu.
It wasn’t well described in the narrative. Would have liked more time to have lunch and a beverage. Tour guide was not interesting.

The tour was delivered exactly as advertised; all listed sites were covered. No lunch or beverages are included. The guide is a certified professional with 16 years of experience and a large collection of glowing reviews. Some travelers’ expectations can be puzzling. For future bookings, we strongly recommend basing expectations on the tour description and inclusions rather than personal assumptions. Safe travels.
We really did enjoy this tour. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and we certainly enjoyed listening to her throughout. She gave us a lovely introduction to Corfu and its history. This, together with the different sites that we visited - in particular the beach and the skyview terrace - made this tour very memorable, even for my young daughter. We would definitely recommend this tour for individuals and families alike.
It was very well organized but not long enough ! It was very rushed. Had to eat within our 1hour and 30 min of seeing the town . And we only had 1 hour to either go see the sea cave on a boat ride or swim. We couldn’t do both
Very good guide and great insight to the Island.Loved seeing the town,beach and people. Learned about the history of the area.
Very disappointed in this tour. Tour guide rushed through the entire tour, and places advertised in the pictures were not included. Misleading and disappointing.

1. This tour is specifically designed for cruise passengers with limited time ashore. While air visitors are welcome to join from the cruise terminal, please keep in mind that the tour operates at a moderate pace due to the cruise ship’s visit schedule.
2. We strongly recommend basing your expectations on the itinerary and tour description rather than on pictures or personal assumptions.

Absolutely lovely day in Corfu. While a short excursion, our guide did a wonderful job of explaining the history and landscape of Corfu while taking us to several different areas to try and get a feel for the island, as well as giving us some fun free time to shop. She was delightful and we only wish that we had more time to explore the island, but with the cruise schedule that was not possible. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!
Started 45 minutes late. Total confusion at the Port with 3 cruise ships in and all needing to be back at different times. The agents on shore just filled the coaches up to maximum capacity, not taking into consideration we were already well behind schedule which would mean having to shorten the tour.
First stop 10 minutes to take photos of the ocean and the airport, very unimpressive. The traffic was horrendous with coaches all jockeying for a parking spot.
Next stop was the Old Town with a 30 minute commentary and then 30 minutes down time which was not near enough to enjoy this beautiful city.
Scheduled time to leave came and went and we sat for an additional 30 minutes whilst our guide was trying to work out if she had everyone on board which she didn't so after more time waisted we headed for the beach. By the time we arrived we were given 30 minutes to have a swim and wander around....this was not possible because of the number of tourist in the area.
After quickly buying some souvenirs we hurriedly ate an ice cream for lunch to meet up and we're then informed we would be staying an extra hour as the passengers that needed to get back first had decided to go back in a taxi.
The most unprofessional, disorganized tour we have ever been on.

1. The tour description clearly states that the time indicated on your tour ticket is approximate and may vary. The actual pickup time is always communicated closer to the tour date. We strongly recommend reviewing this information to avoid unnecessary waiting or confusion.
2. Indeed, having three cruise ships in port puts significant pressure on our small island. On such days, traffic, crowds, and minor route adjustments are sometimes unavoidable. Fortunately, these particularly busy days only occur once or twice per season.
3. To help compensate for the inconvenience, we extended the tour by an additional 1.5 hours. Our team did their very best under the circumstances, though we understand that not all participants recognized these efforts.

Had been hoping for an enjoyable day sightseeing with my children, with a relaxing beach break and boat ride to the sea caves. But we spent most of the time in the bus and were continually waiting on other passengers for 30+ minutes at a time. The consequence being that there was enough time provided to eat lunch in town, and the flow-on result was that we then had to forego the boat trip so the children had a chance to eat and drink. Should have stayed on the ship for the day. Most definitely avoid this tour if you have children in your group. Mine are are 9 and 10 and hated it.

1. This tour has never been advertised as a children-oriented experience. It is designed for adult cruise passengers with an interest in the history, culture, and natural beauty of Corfu.
2. The 30-minute pickup window at the cruise terminal is clearly stated in the tour description. If waiting for fellow cruisers is inconvenient, we recommend considering a private tour for a more personalized experience.
3. Lunch is not included in this half-day tour. The free time at the beach allows guests to choose between taking a boat ride, or going for a swim — how you spent that time was entirely up to you.

This is a large group tour pulling from multiple ships. Our beach time was cut short because a different ship had an earlier return time and because of late passengers. The money would be better spent on a small group tour or by taking a taxi to the areas around Corfu. The tour also left 30 minutes late because we were waiting on late passengers. I’m sorry but I work hard to get my family to be on time and it’s disappointing when our time gets cut due to other people’s inability to be punctual. The bus was hot, packed, and with little air. I’m paying 800 euros for my family to be uncomfortable, late, and with minimal beach time? No thanks. Stay away.

1. According to your guide, the main source of disappointment seemed to be the expectation of a private tour, whereas this was clearly a shared group tour. Please note that private tours are always labeled as such and are priced significantly higher — at least twice as much.
2. Please note: this has never been marketed as a beach tour — we visit Corfu’s most beautiful beach for only one hour.
3. Referring to two ships docking at a small port as "multiple" may be an exaggeration, considering the port’s limited capacity.
4. This tour duration is 4-5 hours, additional Information section of the tour description states: “Please note that the sequence of the tour itinerary and the time spent at each location might be adjusted in response to variables like traffic conditions, crowd sizes, and unforeseen events. However, we will do our best to cover all the sites mentioned in the itinerary.”
5. The tour departed on time, and a 30-minute pickup window is standard in cruise ports to allow for collecting guests from the same ship. If waiting for others is inconvenient, we recommend booking a private tour for a more tailored experience.
6. All of our buses are modern and well-maintained, but it's important to understand that short transfers on a small, often congested island won’t feel the same as cruising down a highway back home — especially in temperatures exceeding 100°F, even with air conditioning fully operational.
7. If you’re seeking greater comfort for your family, we recommend opting for a private tour, which offers a personalized and flexible experience.
For future bookings, we strongly suggest reviewing the tour description, inclusions, and additional information to set accurate expectations — rather than relying on personal assumptions.

Beautiful ride across a beautiful island. The boat trip was a highlight- the water was amazing. Our guide was very descriptive and helped us understand so much about their way of life. The shopping was fun and the church was exquisite.
There are strict time schedules to be kept that some of our fellow travelers didn't follow which decreased time at other stops. Our guide provided wonderful commentary during our bus ride and we learned a great deal about the island's history. We were transported on a very nice coach to the resort town of Paleokastritsa. You could take a boat tour at an extra charge or hike up the hill for beautiful views. We chose the hike and were well rewarded. We made a second stop for spectacular views and a restroom break. Unfortunately, this is a stop for many tours and some of us spent our time in the restroom queue. At Corfu, I was expecting more of a guided walking tour of the area, but it was really just an orientation to the area and what you could do on your own. We had less than an hour or we could stay longer and pay a taxi 20euros to go back later. We asked our guide for a restaurant recommendation and she sent us to Ta Kokopia. This is a popular spot for cruise stops. We just missed a large group. We sat on a lovely outside patio. Our server was very helpful. We ate the best meal in all of Greece here. The flavors and portions were outstanding. I was expecting more guidance at the stops, but when I reread the description, that was not what was promised. The tour did provide exactly what it promised. I would recommend it to others.
You and 50+ of your closest friends get to ride a bus to paleokastrista. Once there you can either take the boat to some caves, or walk around for 30 minutes, you can’t do both. We took the boat ride and it was sub-par at best, and no time to use restrooms. Afterwards we drove to the top of the peninsula to see mouse island from afar. The stop took less than 30 minutes. We then drove to old town and got a tour from our licensed tour guide. This is the worst tour we had on our vacation. Definitely felt rushed and tour was overpriced for what you get.

Dear Aleksey Yudin, we regret to hear that you didn’t enjoy your experience, but It seems your disappointment may stem from an expectation of a private tour, which your lovely Russian speaking couple mentioned to the guide upon meeting. Let me address all the concerns raised:
1) Please note that private tours are typically labeled with the word “PRIVATE” in the title, and in Europe, they are significantly more expensive than the rate you have paid for this shared tour.
2) You and 50+ other people would not fit in a 30-seater bus — which is why we have reason to doubt your calculation.
3) We’re not familiar with your culture and traditions, but here in Greece, when we go to the beach, we prefer to sunbathe and swim rather than walk.
4) Time spent on the beach is 1 hour. The itinerary offers either time on the beach OR a boat ride — not both. If the distinction between these two options was unclear, we kindly suggest improving your English proficiency that can also be helpful for clearer understanding during future travels
5) The stop at the Mouse Island viewpoint is clearly stated in the itinerary as 15 minutes, so your calculation is correct in that it is less than 30 minutes. However, it seems your expectations may have been based more on assumptions than on the actual tour description.
6) It’s genuinely puzzling to hear that a tour led by a fully licensed professional with 17 years of experience and an exceptional track record of positive reviews was the worst part of your vacation. As yours is the only negative feedback received from the entire group, we do not have broader concerns about the quality of this tour.
7) As for the prices, we’re not familiar with the cost standards in your home country, but in the Western world, guided tours in major tourist destinations are not priced at 100 Rubles.

There were not many breaks for exploration, mostly listening to history. We were able at last to break away for an hour of free time downtown.
Dimitria, our host, was a very warm, wonderful person who shared stories of Corfu traditions. We saw beautiful water views, boat ride as well. Each location was unique, beautiful and our highlight was a beautiful tour of a traditional Corfu neighborhood! Thank you Dimitria for your warm hospitality!!
Alice was the best tour guide. She was thoughtful, kind and really aware of individual needs. The boat ride was beautiful. There is only time to do either the boat or swimming so prepare accordingly. We saw a few more things as we drove around the island. Old town was great, she showed us where they had amazing gelato on our way out that we could get. We will be doing this tour again!
Finding the bus was a problem. There should be someone at the end of the dock to let people know where the bus is. We finally found the bus and it was full. Couldn’t even sit together. The rest of the trip was good. We really enjoyed the boat ride!
