Great excursion with information about Corfu as well as some rest and relaxation included. Enjoyed the beach and visiting old town
Pete_G, Jul 2026
We got taken to a very crowded beach which was in a very beautiful area, however no opportunity to hire beds or umbrellas so went on a cave boat trip. As it was only a 2 he stop it was no big deal.

Great excursion with great people. The beach was beautiful! We rented chairs that were $90 for a pair. Everything was smooth and comfortable!

This is simply a transfer from ship to beach, beach to town and town to ship. There was confusion at meeting point as rep was holding up a sign saying “Corfu” when the info given was an open top bus company.
To be clear we were not anticipating an open top bus but were expecting to find someone holding a sign with the operators name on.
Our driver was friendly and flexible with timings per our request.

Bus was fine but it was not explained exactly where the pick the bus up after our beach tour, which was confusing.
Dale_B, Jun 2026
Met our guide at exit of Cruise terminal, just outside first set of doors. They were holding a sign Corfu City Tour. No Viator sign at all.
Susan_L, Jun 2026
lack of communication. Not informed of sign when arranging to meet at the ship's terminal. Therefore missed the tour

Did exactly what we wanted took us to the beach and gave us time in Corfu town. Had 2 hours free time at beach and 1.5 hours in Corfu town. We decided to walk back to port afterwards rather than getting back on coach.

Was basically just transportation to two sites. A beach and old town. Tour guide Maria was nice enough but did not really add anything to the bus ride. Traffic was awful and worried about getting back to our cruise ship on time. Was disappointing. Will not visit Corfu again.

It was impossible to find the vendor for our booking, so we were unable to take the tour. With 4-5 cruise ships in port, there were many buses in port. The vendor was impossible to find, with no one holding or posting signs ti direct us to the correct bus.

I’m giving 4 stars only because I feel the free time in Corfu Town is too short. The time spent in Paleokastritsa was perfectly fine, but in Corfu Town we were given only about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Honestly, with that amount of time, you have to choose between having lunch or exploring the town. Doing both properly is simply not realistic. I believe the tour would be much better if it included at least one additional hour in Corfu Town.
Other than that, the experience was very enjoyable and well organized. A special mention to Panos, our guide, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the day. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job, and he does it very well. I hope he continues doing this for many years to come! ☺️

The whole experience was good. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned.

There's plenty of time at the beach to gift shop and sunbathe as well as stop at one of the restaurants that were open to eat or drink something. The second stop was Old Town and we had over an hour to explore Old Town they were having a military holiday so they were marching parades they showed off their military equipment including their fighter jets. All in all it was a good day.

Lovely experience. Although this is not a guided tour, the team of Maria and Alec did a nice job of explaining some of the things they’re most proud of about their country. Enjoy your free time in the Beach town and also in old town.

We were on a cruise with another couple and thought this would be a great way to spend the day in Corfu. While it was a good day, we would've definitely done it with another company.
The instructions for the meeting point shows a spot in the middle of the pier. There are literally no vehicle allowed in that area, so that was a problem. A couple days before, we got an email saying to go out through customs and there'll be a sign for our excursion. We did and there wasn't any signage at all. After walking all around the area, looking at all the other excursion buses & finding nothing, we got a call from the company. They told us to go back through customs and meet them on the pier. We did that & there were no vehicles allowed in the area (we found out later the call was from their head office in Athens & they had no firsthand experience with the port of Corfu...).
At this point, we're 30 minutes late for our departure and still had no idea what's going on. When I tried to call the person back, the recording mentioned Gray Line bus tours. Nothing in our reservation had mentioned that. So we go back through customs and saw a Gray Line sign and talked to them. We had finally found our meeting point (note: the excursion is titled: Shared Shore Excursion at Paleokastritsa Beach and Corfu Old Town. The actual sign at Gray Line said: Corfu Trip.... !!!!????). Just horrible communication!
Our bus had already left and so they arranged a smaller, beautiful Mercedes van for the group of us that had missed the original departure time. Our driver, Margarita, was a lovely person. She was the one & only highlight of the excursion.
The beach area is very nice, but BUSY (and we weren't even in the peak tourist season).
The tour was supposed to include a tour around Corfu in the bus, but traffic was bad & they thought we'd just be stuck for an hour or so in a traffic jam, so Margarita let us out by old town & was going to meet us back there later. She did meet us on time & got us back to the cruise in good time. Margarita was fantastic and the only reason I didn't give this a 1 star.
Compared to the other 'old towns' that we visited on our cruise, Corfu was a huge disappointment, but that's another review.
The communication for this excursion was horrible. Because of that, and our late departure, our trip was cut short. And it was supposed to include a driving tour around Corfu, which didn't happen. This excursion ended up being just a very expensive taxi ride to the beach & drop off at Corfu old town. Would not recommend this excursion and tour operator to anyone.

Update exact meeting point on map! It is shown right outside the ship but you actually go out past security into the terminal parking lot. Other than that our guide and driver were amazing. The beach was beautiful and a short overview of the old town.
Susan_P, May 2026
Had a great time visiting the beach and Old Town, lots of great shops to browse in and pick up souvenirs.
andy_m, May 2026
Logistics well organized. The guide was friendly and helpful.
Both destinations, beach and Old Town are good. But for most people who will not swim, 2 hours at beach seems a bit too long while the Old Town, which has a lot more things to see and do, is scheduled for 1.5 hours. Suggest allocate more time to Old Town.

Maria was a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The transportation was comfortable. We loved the beautiful views from the monastery.
Lyle_C, May 2026
The instructions on how to get to the point of pick up or incorrect and very poor. The name of the company that was on the ticket was not the same as the name of the company that actually picked us up. Even though it was the same company. Which made it even harder to find who we were supposed to go on the tour with. We were 30 to 40 minutes late getting started because everybody who was on the tour could not find the pick up point.
Annie_I, May 2026
Maria waa a great tour guide as was george our driver. Plenty of time at beach to hire sun beds and get a tan while dipping into the sea. A great stop in old town corfu for lunch and a spot of shopping. Great way to see the island
Diane_W, May 2026
We took a bus to the beach area and monastery. The beach was nice, but the monastery was closed. It is closed every day from 1-3pm which I feel like the tour should have known about and not take us there during that time. We bought a boat tour on the beach to take us around the cove/harbor and we were able to see the caves on this extra tour. The bus tour then took us to the city to shop. If we would do the shopping before the beach/monastery, we would have been there while the monastery was open.
Linda_E, May 2026
Pianos was a good leader and listened to any question we had and tried to help us out. We said we had trouble hearing on the bus because we were in the back so he tried to talk louder.
David_C, Apr 2026
The trip involved a coach trip to this beautiful spot. The tour guide gave some information during the journey and then we were given 2 hours to purchase a boat trip to caves, walk up to monastery or have coffee by beach. Retiring to Corfu Town we had a short tour by coach around the old town before 1.5 hours to explore on our own.

Travel of a lifetime!!! Making memories with friends. Bring your cameras and take photos of wondeeful places.

The bus was comfortable, the tour guide was outgoing and friendly, and the history provided was interesting. Scenery was lush and green and the beach and square were wonderful places to stroll. All the local people were nice to interact with. I'd recommend this tour any time to friends and family.

Aris (tour guide) and Margaret (driver) were awesome. The beach was beautifully picturesque and amazing. We took the optional sea caves boat ride (15€pp) and it was worth it. The water was crystal clear and the caves were spectacular. If the weather had been warmer a bit less windy, it would have been a perfect day to just lay out at the beach. We then went Corfu Old Town. Aris snt us all recommendations Fri food and sweets. Also told us to look out for items that Corfu was known for. We went his recommended restaurant, Nino's Taverna. It was the highlight of our trip. Truly authentic and delicious food. You really need days to weeks to see all the shops down all the narrow alleyways. We loved it all. The tour was reasonably priced and, as I said, Aris and Margaret made it even more special.
Mark_L, Apr 2026
The experience was great. It was awesome to get to see different aspects of the area. The beach was beautiful and Corfu Old Town was interesting. Our tour guide was awesome. He went above and beyond what was expected to make sure we got back to the cruise ship safely.

We were very excited for this excursion however, we’re sorely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Our tour leader, PANOS, took us to Paleostritska beach, and because it was a rainy day and off-season, everything was drippy, and the whole town was completely closed. He told us we could walk up to the monastery, and some crazy people decided to do that in the rain, but that was also closed. so we spent the whole time hiding underneath an archway trying to stay out of the rain. We then went onto old town, but had very little time there because of all of the driving and tour guide mishaps. A more professional person would’ve skipped the beach since the town was closed and the beach was sopping, wet, and then we could’ve gone to the old town where we could’ve actually visited something. The destinations would’ve been beautiful. The weather was great, and of course, the tour guide can’t control that, but he can’t control the destination of where he takes his tour very unprofessional. Very bad communication. If you have any experience guide, who’s gonna take you on a tour and they’d be able to add and delete your itinerary as the weather demands. Because of the lack of ability, I would not recommend this tour
Colleen_O, Apr 2026
Tour people should have a back up plan when weather n season isn’t what was indicated on our itinerary. We rode all the way to the beach town n everything was shut down.
All of us came from abroad. We understand that weather may not cooperate.
The drive was wonderful n our tour guide was helpful especially when no one at the back could hear him. He got head sets for us but there was no explanation how to use the devise. Hearing from the ears buds was inconsistent. Therefore we didn’t know much. Please have a back up plan.
