The Tour Company forgot about us; eventually found a Great Guide

Our trip did not start as planned. We reserved a private tour, but the company's representative who was waiting on shore, told us that we have reserved a group excursion. This person told us to get on the bus and first refused to listen. The Viator was not helpful either, was not responding to our messages. All back and forth took some time and when our guide Leonidas found us we all were upset and ready to cancel the tour. Leonidas was lovely; unfortunately, the long arguments and being ignored by the company set the mood. A beautiful island and Leonidas is the person to guide.

The best part of this excursion was the boat ride, which the price was not included in the cost. This excursion was NOT as advertised. We did not visit Mouse Island, and we did not spend any time in Corfu Old Town. Honestly, it was a complete rip off.

The tour description, under the section 'Exclusions,' clearly states that the boat trip is an optional activity with an additional cost of 15 EUR. 2. A visit to Mouse Island has never been included in the itinerary, but there is a viewpoint of Mouse Island mentioned. Please review the tour itinerary for confirmation. 3. In Corfu Old Town, you and other tour members spend one hour, which is in full accordance with the tour description. We believe your disappointment may be related to the refund request you submitted the previous evening, which was rejected in full accordance with our cancellation policy since it arrived less than 24 hours in advance tour start time.
