Although much of this tour was interesting, overall it was very disappointing and the low spot on an otherwise wonderful cruise. The driver, whose English was marginal, did not provide a lot of information. The monastery was beautiful, with breathtaking views. We did NOT visit the beach. We had a picture stop at Kanoni, without really appreciating what we were seeing. He then took us to the harbor so we could walk around and look at the area of town frequented by their wealthy citizens - not even listed as a stop! Finally, he dropped us off in the downtown area and left us to walk to the Old Town -telling us he could not get the van any closer. The Monastery and Old Town were really all that was worth seeing on this excursion. We walked thru the Old Town (which boasts a New Fort and an Old Fort) and finally found the Old Fort, but did not have enough time to really enjoy it as we had to make the long trek back to the meeting place. As it turned out, there was a parking lot adjacent to the Old Fort. I sent multiple texts to the company, requesting that the driver be directed to pick us up in the Old Fort parking lot and never had a response.

We were expecting a tour with a tour guide giving us information about where we were going and information about what we were seeing. We only had a driver and the only thing he said was when we got somewhere was be back in 30 minutes and walk that direction its up there. Very disappointing. If you just want a taxi this tour is for you but if you are looking for more then book with someone else.

Cristoph was our tour guide. He was so friendly and explained alot of the history of Corfu on our tour. We had free time and he always met us on time and always asked if we had any questions about what he saw

Don’t expect a guided tour as you are just dropped off. We felt that the stop at Kanoni was a waste of time as the views are difficult to access (surrounded by private restaurants). there are no changing facilities at the beach so be prepared to hold up towels for your friends, lol!

The driver takes you from place to place, points at the general direction of the point of interest ant stops and doesn’t otherwise address the guests. Our driver was on his personal phone the entire day and barely acknowledged the passengers.

The panoramic tour was basically just a minivan ride to 4 stops. It was scenic and the beach was beautiful. He encouraged the group to stay at the Beach for only 30 minutes instead of an hour suggesting an extra 30 minutes in Old Town and the group agreed. After seeing how beautiful it was, we could have stayed longer.
When we got to Old Town, we were given 1 hour only, not 90 minutes before being returned to our cruise port.
We wanted more time, so we made our way back to the port ourselves.
There was pretty much no commentary.
The price was reasonable and if this is all you need, then it served its purpose.

There had been a mix up with our ticket and the Driver Koster and company were very professional on sorting it. The trip was as expected and enjoyable. The driver Koster ( as this trip as advertised does not have a guide) was amazing and answered questions and did his best to make sure everyone had a good time.

Miscommunication on pick up time - Viator stated pick up at 900am - tour operator sent text saying 10am. We panicked and took a taxi while trying to communicate with tour operator to finally catch up with group at monastery. This was a driver only tour - no commentary or history - just what time to meet the bus. Would have rather just took a taxi to Paleolkatrasias Beach.
To top it off the communication with the driver was challenging

The pickup time was correctly communicated via message the day before. If you had simply read it, there would have been no confusion and no panic.
Despite your lack of attention, we still went out of our way to pick you up at the monastery — something we are not obliged to do. That was a courtesy, not a failure of service.
As stated clearly in the tour description, this is a driver-only service, not a guided tour. Expecting historical commentary on a basic transfer is unreasonable.
Our driver fulfilled his role exactly as described: safe driving, timely stops, clear instructions.
If you would have preferred to explore the island by taxi, you're absolutely free to do so next time — and we strongly encourage you to compare the cost and convenience.
To be clear: the only miscommunication here was on your side, caused by failing to read the information we sent you directly.

It was a good trip and the roads were windy and bumpy. We were on a 15 seater so we felt every lump and bump as there was no suspension on our vehicle. Other than that the trip was good.

We enjoyed this tour of the main points in Corfu. Christos was great. He communicated with us before the tour and was easy to find on the day of. We traveled in a nice 12 passenger Mercedes van. We had a very small group so that was nice. Unfortunately it was raining, but Christos made sure we were comfortable and gave us a choice of how long to stay at one spot. If I had one wish it would be that there could have been someone on the van to tell us a bit about each of the sites. Christos gave us a link to a website with some info about the sites, but it would have been nice to have a little more information. Monastery was beautiful. If you don’t have a covering for your knees or shoulders, they will give you something to borrow while you visit the church. The beach was beautiful, and I appreciated having some time to explore Corfu town.

The communication from the operator was really late. We didn’t know what time to meet them till the night before. Also we didn’t have a tour guide just a driver who was pleasant but didn’t speak much English so we just got dropped off in various places without any information other than what time to be back onboard. Corfu is a beautiful place so easy to enjoy it.

Communication Timing – All meeting details were sent within the standard timeframe. Suggesting otherwise is inaccurate. Receiving information the evening before a tour is common practice, especially when logistics and port timings are involved.
Driver vs. Guide – The experience you booked clearly includes a driver, not a tour guide. This is stated transparently in the tour description. Expecting guided commentary without having booked a guided tour is, quite frankly, a misunderstanding on your side — not a service failure.
Language Expectation – There is no mention or promise that the driver speaks English fluently, because his role is strictly transportation, not narration. Holding a driver accountable for not being a guide is simply unreasonable.
What you described — scenic drop-offs, time to explore, return pick-up — is precisely what the service offers and what you paid for. We visited a lovely monastery and a beautiful beach. We were able to swim at the beach. It was crystal clear with paddle boats to rent. After, we could visit the castle or go to the center city.

The monastery was very nice, be sure to cover shoulders and knees. Beach stop was great with about 45 minutes to swim. Quick stop for pictures of Mouse Island and then about 45 minutes in Corfu town. Ride in 12-person van was very nice. The driver was helpful.

Excellent tour. Very well organized, sent a message a day before to provide pick up instructions and pictures where to meet. Hristos (driver) was excellent too. Super polite, careful driver, great guy. Tours offered by MSC didn’t have the same places, i.e. offering beach time, city tour, monastery, pick up and drop of at the port. Highly recommended.

Kristos was a great and safe driver in his Mercedes large van (approx 15 seats I believe) the whole day driving around busy Corfu. He did an amazing job parking into tight spaces right by the main attractions allowing us to walk not too far to the sites. Didn’t have to listen to him on a microphone all day but he would mention the sites and could ask questions if you wanted to. My wife hates the annoying tour guides, big buses, and long lines of people. This was semi private with 5 of us in our van today for a fraction of the price of a private car.
If you are looking for a turn by turn tour guide of history, this is not it. If you prefer to be driven around in luxury with minimal interaction but friendly driver, this is it!
Only thing I would recommend is to add an additional hour at the beach and make the tour longer for more money. We wanted to stay at the beach but felt rushed with the time.

Great tour the driver was very easy to find outside the port
We were lucky enough to get a driver that speaks English unfortunately the other bus wasn't as lucky so choose if there is a choice of more than 1 bus

This tour was perfect if you are looking to see the highlights of Corfu Island in a short amount of time. This tour is basically transportation to many different spots. Our tour guide, Kostas, was incredible- he met us right where the cruise shuttle busses drop you off, and was constantly communicating with our group to ensure we make it back to the ship at the time we would like.
Although it would have been wonderful to stay at each place a little longer, which is no fault of the tour or guides (just the fact our port day was short), our time with this tour and the guides was wonderful. Kostas really made this tour fantastic with his attentiveness, knowledge of great local spots, and timeline.

This was one of the best tours we took so far. Our driver was polite, professional, and took care of all of us all day. We started at a Beautiful Monastery on a mountain with wonderful gardens and a lovely Chapel. Next it was down to the beach to swim, take a boat ride, shop or stop at a Cafe. The water was such a beautiful aqua color and the site overlooking the sea was amazing. We stopped for photos on the way to a winery/olive oil distillery that made candy too. It was very nice and we were able to taste many of their products. Later we were off to Corfu town to stroll, shop or have lunch. The day was wonderful a d the tour was small in size as we traveled in a custom Mercedes Van. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Excellent experience for a very reasonable price. Far exceeds any shipboard offering. Our driver/guide was great. We travelled in a modern, air conditioned mini van. He took us to additional locations to get excellent views of Corfu.

We really enjoyed the tour. The weather wasn't very nice but our guide, Kostas, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and showed us around the island. He took us to places that may not have been on the original tour but that cooperated with the weather better. He was very kind and knowledgeable.
