Corfu Disembarkation/Tour Joining Instructions: Upon your arrival at Corfu port, our vehicle will be waiting for you with a sign that reads "JAT" on its window. To ensure we can get as close as possible to your cruise ship with our vehicle, we will have a special paid license. Therefore, please do not take the cruise port bus to the terminal. Instead, please walk for a few meters and look for the buses that are parked a few meters from the cruise ship (not next to the cruise ship). Our vehicle will be located in this area as well. Air visitors are welcome to join us at the Cruise Terminal

Worst tour of the whole vacation. We thought we signed up for a tour that included boat ride to the caves. Turned out we had to spend extra for that. When that was over, about 45 minutes, we were rushed back to the bus. There was no time for any exploration, shopping, or getting a glass of wine or something to eat. The tour guide kept up a steady stream of information that was repetitive. I was not happy with this particular excursion.

Please take a closer look at the exclusions section which clearly state the following: “Boat trip 15 eur - optional activity - subject to weather conditions.”
One hour at Paleokastritsa was provided in full accordance with the itinerary. During this time, guests could either take the optional boat trip or stay on the beach, there is no time for both activities.
Free time for wine, lunch, etc. is available not on the beach nut in the Old Town after the guided part of the tour.
When booking future activities through Viator, we strongly recommend basing your expectations on the tour description and itinerary rather than personal assumptions.

This was a great tour. The tour involved two stops which both were great locations and allowed us to experience two must see places in Corfu. We would book again.
Corfu was such a wonderful experience. Very charming place and the view were really nice. Our guide really nice.
Our tour started early and left without us. They refused to refund our money. Don’t choose this tour. Viator didn’t help either.

This tour commenced promptly as scheduled. It's essential to discern between the pick-up time and the start time of the tour. We strongly advise carefully reviewing the detailed pick-up information sent to your email and phones 72-12 hours prior to the tour's start. Regrettably, you were the only two participants who missed the tour that morning, evidently due to oversight of the information outlined in the tour description and provided by the operator. Consequently, your refund request was declined, as per our cancellation policy, which stipulates no refunds for no-show customers. Wishing you safe travels!
Ilene was a fantastic tour guide! She took us to the side of Corfu that was away from the port and crowded tourist area. There were beautiful cliffs and views for days! It was a windy day, so unfortunately, we could not take boat ride to the caves, but she improvised and we got to enter the Monastery instead. To see the centuries old hand written Bibles and beautiful gardens was an unexpected treat. We ended at the castle in Corfu.
Mary was excellent, she was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about her town. Pick up and drop off was smooth. Was a great day with a little mix of everything. Another review mentioned the boat ride at the end (which is an optional add on) was canceled due to weather, ours was too but completely out of their control. If anything, I was appreciative of her safety concerns. The driver was very nice as well : ) definitely recommend.

This was a terrible tour. We booked for the boat ride and due to weather we could not go out. There were only a couple stops
And just riding on a bus for 3 hours. Then we were suppose to get a tour of old town and they only showed us one thing.
Don’t waste your money.

1)Boat trips are not a service we provide; they are an optional activity available only during the high season, subject to favorable weather conditions. Regrettably, we don't have the privilege of summoning Poseidon to tailor the weather to the needs of our esteemed guests😊
2)The 'couple stops' you referred to sounds puzzling to us. Our tour description comprehensively lists all the sites we visit, ensuring transparency with what our tour entails.
3) As for the Old Town, we dare not even imagine what that 'one thing' was that was shown to you there.😊
Though it seems the heart of your dissatisfaction stemmed from a language barrier. Based on the feedback from your guide, it appears that a very limited proficiency in English may have hindered your understanding of this tour description, saying nothing of all those rich stories and facts shared by our enthusiastic and certified English-speaking guide. To ensure you do not waste money and your future travels are not hampered by such obstacles, we encourage our dear French-speaking clients to either enhance their English proficiency—which is undoubtedly a valuable asset not only in travels but in many aspects of life as well—or to consider booking private tours with French-speaking guides.

From the pickup to being dropped off this tour was phenomenal. You could feel how much Mary loved her city and her job. This is definitely a tour I’d recommend when in Corfu. We were given options on what we wanted to do more or less of. Places we visited were gorgeous. Mary was kind enough to let me borrow her jacket to cover my shoulders at the church- I didn’t even ask. How sweet is that!! Thank you both for an amazing tour!!
our tour guide was excellent very knowledgeable. the island is beautiful, i wish we had spent more time in old town, would have loved to have walked the wall.
The only issue was Viator didn’t mention in their description to this location, one needed to cover their shoulders and knees in order to visit the Monistery. Very important info. To know of ahead of time.
Knowledgeable and friendly guide. On time. Experienced. Took us to a great lunch spot on the water. Very flexible. We would use her again.
Corfu was very beautiful. The thing we enjoyed most was the boat ride to the caves. They were stunning and the guide was very informative.
Our guide and driver were Fantastic ! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable-she shared both the history of Corfu as well as her own experiences. We were accommodated with booking a tour only two days before the arrival! Everything about the tour was fabulous! The booking process was simple and straightforward. They responded promptly to each of my questions and were very reassuring that all would go well. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour to our family and friends .
La guide était bonne, mais l’excursion très moyenne. La visite du monastère plus ou moins intéressante. Pas beaucoup de temps à Corfou. Il offre la possibilité d’un tour de bateau pour 10€ supplémentaire qui vaut le coût. Par contre, j’ai annulé un passager 36 heures d’avance et je n’ai jamais été remboursée pour celui-ci. Alors qu’on m’avait répondu que le remboursement ce ferait dans les 3 à 5 jours suivants. La raison que Viator a donné, c’est qu’il n’avait jamais reçu l’annulation!!
