    We had messages from the tour company on there site saying that Viator should not have sold us this tour as it is not available at this time of year.we only read the message when we arrived at the departure destination, as no one was there , and read contact operators. Which when I did , I found the message. This is totally down to Viator and not the tour company.

    Michael, Dear Guest. You met up Sunday morning more than one hour early from your booked tour start and then left again. You were, despite your own mistake, given a full refund and operator called you up. Your booking mistake should not result in a critic over Viator.
