We thought this was an excellent tour. It isn't the old town, so if that is what you want, this is not for you. But, if you was a wonderful guide, and Tomas was fantastic, and to see many things outside of Old Town, then you should take this. Great info, great guide, just really enjoyed it.

Jeff was an amazing tour guide who was not only amazing during the tour but also before and after with communication and coordination. He brought us around the Copenhagen to many different points of interest and helped us plan the rest of our week long vacation with tips on where to go and hand out!

Mia the guide was amazing. She adjusted to our schedule since our flight into Copenhagen got badly delayed. Mia was very nice and very accommodating. She took us to all the major sights including the changing of the guard at the royal palace. She gave us tips on what to where to go for other important attractions and where to eat. She was absolutely fabulous.

We booked this tour for our first day in Copenhagen as an introduction to the city and it set the scene perfectly. Our guide, Claudio, was waiting for us at the meeting point and, despite the rain, we all had our rain coats and umbrellas ready and we soldiered forward.
Claudio was absolutely excellent, highly knowledgeable, and clearly loved being a guide and giving tours. He had a clear itinerary in mind but also built in flexibility based on the weather and any preferences we had for things to see. We had just flown in and were a bit jet-lagged and loopy, so we were happy to leave most everything in Claudio’s capable hands and we followed along. He was also patient and encouraging with our many questions about the various locations we visited and the histories he described. In fact, his historical accounts were so good and so thorough, there were many times during the trip when we visited other locations that gave abbreviated accountings of various periods of Copenhagen’s history such that information from Claudio’s tour filled in many of the gaps and made for a more enriching experience for us.
We also had a chance to stop for coffee to warm up from the rain and the cold, and had a lovely chat with Claudio learning about his life and his travels and sharing our own stories as well.
This tour was an absolute joy and we highly recommend it as a way to kick off your visit to Copenhagen.

Absolutely horrific experience. I had confirmed the day before with tour agency, and tour guide that everything is all set for private tour on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Then 13 minutes before the commencement of private tour, the tour guide cancels noting due to train cancellation. I was already in cab and arrived to meeting point at 10am in the morning 10 minutes prior to scheduled meeting time. I tried reaching out to tour guide and tour agency, and no one responded while I wait for almost an hour at meeting point. In all my worldly travels, this is one of the most atrocious. Both tour guide and tour agency were unprofessional and provided unacceptable poor customer service. Although tour agency agreed to provide a refund, they refused to compensate my taxi ride to meeting point and taxi ride back to hotel or the loss my time, energy and wasted day in Copenhagen. I only had one day to enjoy the city and they ruined it. They left me by myself at meeting point even though I had confirmed the day before. Is letting a customer know the private tour is cancelled 13 minutes before the start of tour acceptable? Highly disappointed in the poor customer service with tour guide and tour agency and their lack of responsibility and professionalism along with their refusal to compensate for my transportation cost and loss of time, stress, and frustration from the horrific experience.

Enjoyed our private tour with Mia. She is very knowledgeable and shared cultural as well as historic insights about Copenhagen and the Danish people. She led us after the tour to an area where we could find good lunch chooses. The meeting point was easy to find from the Metro station. The cafe has very good food for those that want a snack or lunch before or after the tour.

Guide was not knowledgeable. Didn’t know Copenhagen. Supposed to include local drink and pastry but the shop was closed when we arrived. Cut the trip short because there was no information on the tour. Guide was not a local.

Claudio is a native of Copenhagen and guided us brilliantly through the many centuries of changes in Denmark. He was able to share the Danish life view through a great number of sites in just three hours and gave us a better understanding of the Danish character than any previous guides. I highly recommend his tour.

Outstanding tour. Jeff was one of the best guides I’ve ever had. He grew up in Copenhagen so was able to give great insights into the changes Copenhagen has seen over the past 50 years. He took me not only to all the “touristy” highlights but showed me some of the hidden, less traveled places as well. His knowledge of the history of Denmark and Copenhagen astounded me. And Jeff’s love for his city was so evident. Seriously—a great great tour! Look no further.

We only had a small amount of time in Copenhagen, and we thought this tour would be a good way to learn more about the city and its history in a short period of time. We couldn't have been more wrong. Our guide arrived late and was a struggle to carry on a conversation with. Most of the conversation over this long tour we had to initiate; she lacked anything more than a basic understanding of Copenhagen or its history. Very disappointing. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
