This was a great experience. There was only 4 in our group so it was easy to stick together in busy areas. We saw much more on bikes than we could have by foot with our limited time. Our tour guide was great and was able to bring us to off the beaten path areas.

Great way to experience the city, its history and current status. Got a taste of everything without wearing yourself out. Even though it was a tour guides first tour - he did marvelous.

The bike shop is in a good location in the center of town. The guide knew about the history of most of the locations we visited and did a good job waiting when the group got split up. Our guide was new to the three hour tour and the day we did the tour there was a large run going on so we had to reroute around it. A couple of suggestions: 1. Try to route the tour through as few light signals as possible because the signals are very short and it is hard to get an entire group through one. We had to wait two cycles at each signal. 2. Stop at a cafe that is not in such a busy area. We spent about 40 minutes of the tour waiting in line for a pastry at the cafe. 3. Make sure all of your bikes have chain guards on them. My kids pants got stuck between the gear and the bike chain which ripped the bottom of the pants off.

This is so sad and frustrating to read.
Your guide did everything he could to accomodate you. You were late for the tour,receiving special treatment and service for you and your family having extra special demands and needs before anyone else and you booked for a tour at The Copenhagen Marathon.
Please be kind and try to understand that there ARE other guests than you on a tour. Copenhagen is very popular. You asked for a stop and then you complain about waiting time! Red/green lights and many peaole are totaly out of operators hands and control. When visiting a large busy city, you must expect traffic lights and other human beeings. Please take a minute to read the thousands of 5 star reviews from other guests. Perhaps you should not have booked a bike tour with other people. . All staff here are frustrated to read your unfair comments. No one can recognize your experience. Sorry to write this but you are beeing so very unfair to the staff. Enjoy your stay and good luck in the future. God bless you.

This was such a great experience! Jakob was a wonderful tour guide and did a fantastic job navigating us throughout the city. The bikes were in great condition and loved having a radio!

Had originally booked to go on a bike but swapped to a Segway when realised that was what rest of group had chosen. Glad I did as it was a whole new experience and very fun way to see the city. Took a little getting used to especially getting off! Excellent guide who ensured we all understood how a Segway work and gave us each a personal “driving lesson”. Very friendly and knowledgeable on the way round too seeing all the important sites.

It was a great bike tour with several stops at a very leisurely pace. The earpieces they provide to better hear your tour guide. are such a great idea! Our guide, which unfortunately, I can't remember his name, was great! Very friendly and informative about the history of copenhagen in Denmark.

The tour was ok as the bike group got combined with a segway group. The bike tour guide called out sick and getting paired with a slow segway group was not ideal. Their equipment kept malfunctioning, and we had to stop multiple times for them. This threw the pacing off and it was so slow at times I had to dismoint from the bicycle.
This also doubled the group size, so it really was not an ideal situation.

We wanted to learn about riding a bicycle in Copenhagen and see some sights. Peter was a fun and informative guide - lots of interesting stories. My husband and I are in our 70's and both having knee issues. It turns out the bicycle is way better than a walking tour for us. I recommend this tour for any age.

This was an interesting group. Two were on a Segway, two were on a stand-up electric bike, and we were on basic bikes. We were led through the town to tour some really great stops, a ton of information and places to see! Our tour guide was excellent having grown up in the area, was able to share details and a ton of interesting trivia and history about Copenhagen. It was the best way to explore the city.

I was disappointed with this activity. The bike was not good and the earphone system to hear the guide was inaudible. Plus the guide’s accent was thick, which made the audio feel even worse. I spent $71.00 for a less than 2 hour bike tour, which all together felt like a ripoff. I would have done better to rent a bike on
my own and download an audio tour! Save your money or look for another tour operator.

We (staff and guides ) are trying very very hard to understand this since 98% of all guests are so happy with the tours according the the thousands of excellent reviews posted here. All our bikes are in good shape. The tours run 2 hours + 15 minutes, Our guide radio systems are new high-end and clear. Sometimes we can be delayed if people show up just before tour start, and not the stated 15 minutes before. We wish you would have just talked to us so we could have assisted you in righting all the wrongs on such a sunny day in beautiful Copenhagen. Again, we are sorry you did not enjoy the tour.
