They canceled only a few hours before then it’s gonna take 3 to 5 days for a refund it was absurd to be honest

Regarding the refund timing, processing periods of three to five business days are standard with payment providers and partner platforms, but we understand that waiting for the funds to return can still feel inconvenient.

Our guide Ae was awesome. Great walking tour around the city. We felt like we were visiting a friend who was excited to show us her city. We chose to do the tour in the evening/night because it was so hot during the day. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fun tour guide who showed me the city as local would enjoy. Took me to an excellent restaurant in the water. The live band music was totally A+ and the food was super. Went to local market for trinkets. Got fish pedicure… fun! Thanks so much.

Charin was excellent! He took us around the city center, some temples, night market and a restaurant to get a beer. He knows so much about the city and about everything in general! We enjoyed his tour and his company so much! We hope to see him again 😊

We took this tour on our first full night in Chiang Mai. It was a great way to get acclimated to the city. Our guide led us through temples and explained the history of Thai Buddhism and culture. We ended at the night market. Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

There was nothing magical about this tour. Our tour guide was a knowledgeable and very lovely lady who spoke English well. However, her accent was so heavy and non-English speech pattern made it near impossible to understand her. Tour guides we've had on other tours always have been excited about their cities and very upbeat, her affect was flat. We were 2 couples and the husbands became quickly upset and disengaged with the tour. The ticket promised meal and 1 beer per person. We got no beer after 2.5h and we had to purchase the majority of our food other than some snacks purchase by the tour guide. We toured an evening food market which was interesting but each time we asked her to provide us a sample of food we received a full-sized portion which we paid for. She should have had it prearranged with vendors that we were touring and would be sampling foods, small portions. We called the tour short at 2.5h as we were so frustrated with the experience. I contacted Viator who contacted the vendor to notify them of our experience. I was not looking for full reimbursement but some reimbursement for the no beer and food portion of the ticket would have been great. We paid $95 Canadian for 4 and have been offered $5 CAD to compensate us. 2-days later, we purchased a TukTuk ride for 3 hours and the driver provided us a great tour of Chiang Mai within the old city and the surrounding area as far out as the silk factory. He even acted as our photographer. We choose this tour because of its 5-star rating and previous reviews which we rely on. I am not sure if this tour guide was new. Overall, we were very disappointed in this tour experience and unfortunately, I have to give it a very low rating based on our experience.
