Great activities tour operator is unorganized.

The activities were great the elephant sanctuary was very well run. However there was no tour guide just a driver who spoke no English. The driver also got lost leading to us spending an hour or two on the road that was unnecessary. Also someone on the bus was told they would have a different tour and when we ended up lost she wasted a whole day trying to get back to Chiang Mai. Overall the actual sights and activities were good but this tour operator isn’t well organized.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of an English-speaking tour guide and the driver getting lost. Unfortunately, there was unexpected road construction which contributed to the delay, and we are actively working on better route planning to avoid such issues in the future.
