- Children between the ages of 7 and 12 are welcome to accompany their parents on the raft, but we ask that they skip the 2km stretch of class IV rapids as they can be to dangerous for small children.
- This is a joint tour, the operator will be picking up each guest in order, so please kindly wait patiently at your hotel. If waiting for too long, please contact the operator immediately.
- On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

The Trip was absolutely fantastic from start to the end.
But most importantly, our tour leader was outstanding! A very funny and cool guy with amazing skills on the water.
At first, i thought maybe the rafting wouldn't be that thrilling but the water was really wild. And in the calm parts, we could float with the river and the tour guide even offered me to use his canoe for a while. At the end of the rafting, you float besides elephants, we even saw them taking baths in the river, it was stunning. Then at the end, we wont by foot to a waterfall and could slide then down.
I really can recommend this trip, a solid 10/10

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The rapids were not too extreme (in case you are looking for a really thrilling rafting experience) but the views, the guides and the elephants made this absolutely amazing. Tom and Mike were hilarious and made sure every moment was an adventure. So many added “bonus” experiences like feeding an elephant, trying new fruits and even getting to ride in the kayaks ourselves. The waterfall was a blast and you can really tell the guides and employees love their jobs. The elephants were in an extremely ethical environment and roaming freely throughout the area. I swear one was smiling at us while eating bananas off of a tree. The food at the end was honestly one of the best meals we had while in Thailand. Don’t think twice if trying to decide to book this adventure!

Me and my boyfriend went rafting together. The guides were so funny but also very responsible. We had the time of our lives during the wildwater rafting. Afterwards we got some very good pad thai and got the chance to slide down a high waterfall.
For the price we paid, we got more than worth out of the experience.

An enjoyable trip with friendly staff. Everyone had fun but please be aware the actual rafting is less than 2 hours. You then have lunch (delicious) then its a trip to a waterfall where you’re effectively coasteering which is impossible if you have any mobility or balance issues. Avoid that bit and enjoy a cold Chang at rafting HQ instead.
They do take rafting pictures for you and upload them onto WhatsApp which is a really nice touch.

My hubby, 13 year old son and I had a fabulous day on this tour. The guides were highly skilled, very friendly with good English and were very funny. We felt very safe and looked after while also having a great adrenaline ride down the river. It was so much fun. We saw lots of elephants along the river too. We were also provided with a delicious Thai lunch. After lunch we were taken on a short walk through the jungle to an awesome waterhole with a waterfall that you can actually slide down like a water slide. We were picked up and returned to our hotel in a comfortable, air conditioned van with a lovely driver. We highly recommend this tour. It was great value for money too. Not to be missed!

We had a great time on the kayak raft and the guides were all wonderful! They were so sweet and funny, always tried to make sure everyone felt included (we were with family who didn't speak any english). They had an abundance of pad thai and fruits for us after rafting and before we climbed up to the sticky waterfall. It was bit of a rough climb but we felt safe with the guides. Slide was quick but fun! I didnt know how to swim so one of them offered to catch me at the bottom 😆❤ Had a good time and would recommend it for anyone!

Amazing experience!
Picked up on time, drove to the staging area which had bathrooms and lockers (for thing to not get wet).
Then to put in. The guides were funny, playful, and informative. "Tom" was so funny and quite the naturist. Saw a bunch of elephants.
Then we had a great meal back at the staging area (which doubled as takeout).
Then we went to the waterfall and leared about local flora/fauna.
10/10!
Would recommend that patrons be at least moderately fit.

Great experience, funny and friendly guides at a fair price and they don't charge for the pictures. Also saw some elephants along the way. Low water during winter months so rapids were not as high as summer/rainy months. The food was ok. Maybe the only area of improvement.

My 4 friends and I went on the rafting, and it was so much fun. The guides were funny and sweet. However, in the end of the day we were afsked if we wanted to buy some pictures, and we did, but we haven’t received them yet - this is why we rated the tour 4 stars.

Velmi mnoho díků organizátorům tohoto raftingu. Byli velmi milí a vstřícní. Mile mne překvapilo, jak byly zajištěny náročné úseky z hlediska bezpečnosti. Navíc jsme během raftingu byli organizátory foceni a fotky jsme dostali zdarma. rafting byl organizačně a logisticky na profesionální úrovni. Vřele všem doporučuji.
