You can also get picked up from your hotel in Chiang Mai town. Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after we have moved from your hotel.

For passengers, make a reservation by specifying a child ticket, and driving is not allowed
We highly recommend that you bring sunglasses or glasses and we advise wearing shoes. It is not a good idea to drive your ATV in sandals as there are sharp stones and rocks on the road. Likewise, in the event that you fall off it’s a great idea to protect your skin from scrapes by wearing trousers and a long sleeved T-Shirt
Sunscreen is also important and we recommend you bring a refillable water bottle and a change of dry clothes in the event that it’s raining

No alcohol is permitted.
During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund
Please note that the total tour duration includes the travel time from pick up until drop-off.
