Knossos and Heraklion a must to see!

Tour operator was very informative as we were transported along to our destination. We had a short stop along the way to test taste some honey and wine, this also included as snack and toilet break. Unfortunately I was not able to go into Knossos itself as I badly sprain my ankle a couple of days earlier, but I did enjoy shopping at the shop there. Heraklion was a lovely city to visit, make sure you have the time to walk around as there are some hidden food and shopping areas.

The site is impressive....

The site is impressive. The tour guide was sweet. Since the ruins are so old it’s hard to know exactly what happened in the minoans era. The guide was upfront about this. I enjoyed the stop at the museum and city. The bus drive should an amazing view of the cost. Recommend of you are staying in Chania and want to see some other parts of the island.

This tour was well organised and guide at the site was very knowledgeable and informative. Our bus driver and guide were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Knossos Palace it’s well worth seeing.

Although others enjoyed it we found the guide taking us around Knossos Palace was very informative but a bit long winded in his narrative. We ended up leaving the group to go around ourselves. This is only our opinion. However, we loved the tour and would recommend it to others. Costas the driver and Joanne the host were brilliant in their information and very friendly.
