Pretty beach but tour and service could be better

Tour was really a bus trip with very little information given on the way. The meal stops were very expensive but we were encouraged to buy from them because they were supposedly cheaper than at the beach itself. This was simply not true and disappointing to be so mislead. The walk from the bus to the beach was quite long and would be challenging for some, I feel this should be clearly explained in the tour description. Also people should be informed that the beach itself may or may not be pink on the day you visit. A lovely drive and pretty beach however and it was nice to have the comfort of an airconditioned bus in the hot weather.

Thank you for the review and about the informations and you cannot go cheaper by car (to rent cost 50 until 90 euro per day +30/40 euro diesel or bus cost rethymno chania 8 eyro+ another bus chania elafonisi 12 euro and return =40 per person

Stunning Day at the Beach

I took this tour with my 7y/o daughter. Everything was on time. Our guide was awesome, kind, and so helpful. He spoke English, German, and French. We stopped for snacks on the way and spent 4 hours at the beach. It was gorgeous. You get there right before it starts to get packed, so you can get a spot. We had a great day. Stopped for food on the way home and then we were dropped off. If your hotel is not listed, they will contact you to set up the nearest pickup. Great price for a great experience! We loved it!

WE whent on the bus at 7. The guide was very interesting. WE arrived at Elafonissi around 10. Not much Shade on thé beach if you walk away from thé crowed, but very nice spots. WE came back at 5:30....Very nice day!!

Enjoyed the beach very much as well as the drive through the gorge. It did take a long time to pick up all of the guests and the tour guide jumped from our bus to another throughout trip so the information and communication was spotty.

Nous n'avons pas été récupéré sur le lieu de prise en charge pourtant validé par le prestataire. Attente du bus de 6h50 à 8h. Donc nous n'avons rien vu d'Elafonissi, journée de découverte perdue sur notre séjour et nous attendons un remboursement total.

bonjour, ce n'est pas la vérité, car avant de réserver, nous avons remarqué que nous ne venons pas vous chercher au Rimondi Grand Resort and Spa. Mais vous devez vous rendre à Creta Star avec le minibus de votre hôtel.et la prise en charge a eu lieu à 7 heures et non à 8 heures comme vous le dites.et vous étiez à Elafonissi environ 3 heures si cela ne vous suffit pas vous devez d'abord lire les descriptions de la visite 3 heures pour aller et 3 heures pour revenir avec les chantiers

My booking was confirmed and pay but the provider cancelled my booking 1 day before without notifying us. After, they confirm the journey was done to have the payment and it was very difficult to have a refund. Horrible experience with those crooks. Ma réservation a été payée et confirmé à l'avance. 1 jour avant le prestataire a annulé sans nous le dire (nous l'avons appris en appelant pour avoir des renseignements sur le lieu de RDV). Ils ont tout de même validé la prestation à la fin de la journée pour avoir le paiement. Après tout ceci, il a été très dur de se faire rembourser. Une expérience horrible avec ces escrocs.
