Very friendly and informative about Cape Town history. Also took me on interesting and a little challenging paths on top of Table Mountain which i liked.

The pick up included a fantastic tour of Cape Town. Our tour guide, Venuste Kanyamibwa, was knowledgeable, gracious and attentive. We were so pleased to be matched with him! The table mountain experience was excellent! Beautiful view of Cape Town and surrounding areas!

We didnt go for Cable Car tour at Table Mountain the weather didnt permit but we chose another option and Venuste took us around. He was friendly to us and was also patient he took us around capetown and explaining very nicely to us. He knows history he is good with his job. Venuste we are coming back again.

Our tour guide was Venuste Kanyamibwa who took us on a historical tour of Cape Town and then escorted us up to the top of Table Mountain via the aerial tram. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Venuste who was very knowledgeable regarding the history of Cape Town as well as pointing out the historical statues and buildings.. He took us to the colorful homes in the one section of town stoppping to walk part way through the neighborhood taking picures along the way. Up on Table Mountain he lead us around to noteworthy points of interest. We appreciated Venuste giving us time to enjoy a beer while soaking in the views below. He then dropped us off at a convenient shopping mall near the cruise ship where we took advantage of the many shops and restaurants. We felt very comfortable with Venuste who took great care in our comfort and safety. Thank you Venuste!

Table top is navigable with a walker such as I did but there were a couple of areas with 4 or 5 stairs, small like a curb. I was joined by a lady with a cane that quite often sat on the rock to rest and recuperate. At the end of the tour we weren’t dropped off where we were picked up but at a shopping center/mall. We thought it was a shortcut to the ship but in reality was a 2 mile walk to get to the ship. This detracted from our experience. If we had been dropped off at pickup there would have been more positive stars.

We had a great experience. We were pick up by Venuste at our hotel. Taken to see major attractions around city centre with loads of knowledge from Venuste. Took us to table mountain when we got to the top there no visibility. Venuste had no problem waiting for the weather to clear and it did thankfully. On our way back to hotel Venuste offered if we wanted to see more sites or dropped to shopping district.

Table Mountain is definitely worth visiting. However this was not a tour of Table Mountain. The guide took me around Cape Town and gave commentary which was not what was advertised. But didn’t provide any guidance on or about Table Mountain. Just dropped me off and picked me up when I came down.

The parking at the Table Mountain cable way station is not enough for all dropping off vehicles, if you don't find the parking, you have to drive 2 kilometers away from the cable way station, it take more than 15 min for the guide to come back but it doesn't happen consistently.
Paid £150 including prepaid tickets for cable car. Table mountain was closed due to fog but did not get refunded for tickets (which were never purchased) by tour operator or Viator. 2 hour tour of a foggy mountain, Bo-Kaap and expensive houses was the sum total of our trip. Expensive mistake

"The table mountain cable car operates in weather permitting conditions, if the Cable car is closed due to a bad weather, it's the customer's right to get refund."
The guide was very friendly. He drove carefully and arranged tickets for the cable car. Luckily, the weather was ideal.

Terrific guide gave us a short history lesson as we drove around Cape Town before escorting us to the top of the mountain, via the cableway, where he then talked about the different flora and fauna on the mountain and surrounding areas.

Thank you for your feedback. The history is to be told as it is, that's why it's called history, everything is energy which is composed of both negative and positive in the same time.
The pickup spot was incorrect on the application. The other thing I would recommend would be suggest everybody use a fastpass to the mountain as the lines were incredibly long.

Such a shame that the Table Mountain was closed.
Instead we did something different.
