Dissappointed.
I never received a ticket and they didn’t accept this paperwork as a ticket.
It seems I’m also too late for a refund.

I’m scared of heights but the experience was not too bad. In fact I had fun. It exceeded my expectations.
It’s expensive and the pictures are R100 per photo. It was good though. The views were amazing. ☺️😊

We had a very good time, my family enjoyed. The pictures are a good part of the activity. The wheel gives a very good scen of the city and the ocean as it rotates. 4 rounds would even feel like not enough

The view from up there was just fantastic, It was worth every cent. The kids were excited and so was i.
Can I please get my refund for this experience 😫, because I went there and the cape wheel is not functional, and please put it down ,so nobody will pay for it again atleast for now ...I enjoy every other bookings with you guys except that I had to waste my transportation fee to the wheel cape only to find out that it has not been functioning for a while now....please kindly do a refund as soon as possible thanks

I booked and paid the activity only to arrive and find that the activity no longer exists. It was quite a let down as this was part of a birthday excursion that we planned fof one traveler. I emailed Viator and no one has responded since. Very disappointing.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the Cape Wheel attraction not being reopened yet due to the relocation process taking longer than they predicted.
On all our marketing material we do state that the attraction is not operational and reopening soon. We sent out communication to all clientele that pre-purchased tickets regarding the delay and that they should request a full refund if their booking date was in December 2022 & January 2023.
Please request your full refund from Viator and we will confirm to them that you were not able to visit the attraction due to it still not being operational.

Unfortunately, the Cape Wheel is in the process of relocating within the V&A Waterfront. We did send out emails to all customers that had pre-purchased the tickets to avoid disappointment of which it sounds as though you did not receive.
Please request a refund directly from Viator and we would be more than happy to issue a full refund.
The is no Cape Wheel and yet it was offered!! Website needs to be updated …

You must have purchased this ticket some time ago as we did cancel all availability. In order to avoid disappointment, we sent an email to all affected parties advising them of the temporary closure and suggested that they request a refund from Viator. We are still more than happy to issue you a full refund.

I chose to get on the Wheel at night. I wanted to see the town with the lights and I absolutely enjoyed it. I was absolutely breathtaking to see all the lights on with different colors
Worth the time if the clouds are clear as the view of the mountain and Harbour are nice but it's nothing to write home about. It is good that it is supporting local initiatives and worth the ticket price alone on that basis but it is better to go up the mountain on the cable car and view from the top down really.
Speedy service and friendly staff .Even though we booked online and printed our tickets in advance we still had to cue for entry tickets😢,But shame the cue was moving

Booked 4 tickets online but when i got there, i was told they could only scan 3 tickets as 1 had already been used. I'm really not pleased!

Loved the experiences booked, a musts for Cape Town. Prices were cheaper than the usual standard prices foo.
The experience was great, however no lines were skipped, we had to have our tickets reprinted in order to be scanned. Pointless booking online.
There was no skipping the line. We had to wait in the loss long queue. Falls advertising. The 2 gentleman that work there, were very pleasant and happy. They made our experience memorable.
No line was skipped I still had to que for tickets, it is useless. Rather have a scanner for tickets at entrance then you just proceed
Very friendly staff, the service was very fast. Beautiful view. Child friendly there is a place for strollers and is wheelchair accessible.
Lively and friendly staff. Enforcement of Covid 19 rules and regular sanitation of cubicles.
Pleasant environment.
Some of the crew members were very unprofessional. They don't seem to understand what skip the line as we were told to join the long line instead of being directed to the office.
I suggest that they get proper traing on how to deal with enquiries.
