Can I please get my refund for this experience 😫, because I went there and the cape wheel is not functional, and please put it down ,so nobody will pay for it again atleast for now ...I enjoy every other bookings with you guys except that I had to waste my transportation fee to the wheel cape only to find out that it has not been functioning for a while now....please kindly do a refund as soon as possible thanks

Paid and advertised Activity no longer exists

I booked and paid the activity only to arrive and find that the activity no longer exists. It was quite a let down as this was part of a birthday excursion that we planned fof one traveler. I emailed Viator and no one has responded since. Very disappointing.

Hello Fioma. We apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the Cape Wheel attraction not being reopened yet due to the relocation process taking longer than they predicted. On all our marketing material we do state that the attraction is not operational and reopening soon. We sent out communication to all clientele that pre-purchased tickets regarding the delay and that they should request a full refund if their booking date was in December 2022 & January 2023. Please request your full refund from Viator and we will confirm to them that you were not able to visit the attraction due to it still not being operational. Safe travels.

Hi Faith, Unfortunately, the Cape Wheel is in the process of relocating within the V&A Waterfront. We did send out emails to all customers that had pre-purchased the tickets to avoid disappointment of which it sounds as though you did not receive. Please request a refund directly from Viator and we would be more than happy to issue a full refund.

Worth the time if the clouds are clear as the view of the mountain and Harbour are nice but it's nothing to write home about. It is good that it is supporting local initiatives and worth the ticket price alone on that basis but it is better to go up the mountain on the cable car and view from the top down really.

Some of the crew members were very unprofessional. They don't seem to understand what skip the line as we were told to join the long line instead of being directed to the office. I suggest that they get proper traing on how to deal with enquiries.
