Table Mountain is fantastic but becoming a very over visited and spoilt attraction. The Viator trip consisted of at least twice the normal ticket priced opportunity to stand in a queue for the cable car (an impressive piece of engineering) but no additional information or support. I wouldn’t have missed the visit but don’t pay Viator for your ticket - they’re simply a very expensive middle man.

Plan for 30 - 60 mins wait to get on cable car, even if you have tickets. Wait area is shaded and well organised.
Take a jacket, its much cooler at the top.

There’s was a long queue, you need to add more cable cars to and from mountain
And the the online prices are very expensive and I don’t see what’s special it being too expensive than the normal prices at the gate

I was conned because this was the first site that came up. It was much more expensive than if I had managed to go through the actual cable car site. My own fault. As a Senior citizen I would have paid R150 but this site did not have a senior discount. It cost R 1000 per person. There was no tour just a ticket to get up and down the mountain. Complete rip off

Fafa was the operator of this tour. I was told by two different people today that the cable car was closed due to the cloud cover. I contacted her and she tried to tell me that it was going to change and that I would be able to do the tour, but I did not want to go there and find out that it was not available… I would not use this company again

I bought a fast track ticket for R1000 per person only to get the venue to be told it's a general ticket which costs R460 at the venue.....I had to pay an additional amount of R2000 for a fast track. I could have 3200 but with Viator I ended up paying 4700 just to get to the Table mountain with my husband and my son . A total reap off

That its better to buy the tickets direct with cable car .I booked for my husband and daughter we payed doulb6the amount if we booked direct with cable car wich I find very expensive even if they explained why the double price.When I get to the cable car on my profile they send me 7 ticket instead of 3 and 5 of those tickets where used I had to stand in the w8and call them so they se d me a third ticket for my daughter the embarrassment of having to sit and wait and be told your tickets are use already after being charged an arm and a leg.Not impressed at all.I couldn't even pay for fast track cause I used a third-party.

I booked through Viator and was sent tickets by a lady from Nyasha Travel and Tours. The service was so pathetic because when I got to the ticket office, I was told the tickets were already used. They also charge almost double the amount Table Mountain charges and it’s not even a Track ticket. I wouldn’t recommend using Viator.

We bought 2 fast track cable car tickets for Tafelberg cablecars through Viator. We received our tickets at 1am the morning of our booking at 10am. When requesting more information we were told "you should have already been there". This was 7:58!am. We went to the cablecars through the fast track gate only to be told the tickets bought at R1000 each (which is the price for a fast track ticket) was not fast track tickets so we need to go either wait in the 3hour queue or upgrade the tickets to fast track at the offices on site. We got to the office only to be told they cannot upgrade the one ticket since it was scanned. We upgraded the one ticket at a cost of R650 extra to the R1000paid for it and had to buy another new ticket at the R1000 fast track price. In essence, a R2000 experience ended up costing us R4750. Do NOT BOOK through this platform. Communication is poor!

Straight to the point, plenty of advise regarfing activities, was advised to move my table mountain booking from5pm due to windy conditions to 7.30am the following day. That was best advise. Weather was perfect

Was very disappointed to find out that this was not a Fast track ticket for this price. The Table Mountain website sells these normal tickets for half this price, an absolute scam! Rather buy straight from the Table Mountain website and get Fast track for the same price as this.

It was relatively easy to get there(we took a Uber). The queue moved quickly, (we booked for 10am.).Luckily, we brought our hoodies and hiking shoes otherwise we would have missed the beautiful scenery and photo opportunity. Staff are friendly and helpful.
