Was a great trip plenty of choice of drinks on board with added bonus of seeing loads of dolphins 🐬 staff were really nice only thing I'd suggest is making the trip longer and serve a cold or hot buffet on board would make a great trip into a spectacular trip

The catamaran in use was the “sea princess , not like the one in the picture. Also, compared to other catamaran trips we’ve taken from the waterfront , we were told our 10 and 12 year old kids had to stay inside the cabin, and not use the outside decks.

The guy who welcomed us aboard and served drinks was so friendly. Awesome service. It gets a bit more cold the further you get into the ocean but the views make up for that.

Very delayed! Catamaran operator message us to be there before 9 am for the catamaran departure at 930. The captain didn’t show up until 9:38 and we didn’t depart dock till 9:55. Staff at reception is no help and refuse to cancel and refund us when captain didn’t show up. (just told us to keep waiting). Do not recommend.

It was a special event and the weather was superb. The service was friendly and they made every effort to find the Dolphins which we were lucky to locate and which were on form.

Not at all impressed with the staff, either on the ship or the office. Bay itself was fine - urban and a bit obstructed by containers and cranes.
